Really only thing that can pierce 90+ is HAT 2, or buffed HAT 1. Hard to get by 41 unless rushed with research buffs. Edit: also AT IV 76mm turret.

because hoi4 calcuates the armor value completly wrong. you can put one high armor brigade into a div and the whole div gets a lot of armor. its just dumb and usually banned

It's like space marines, but in this case is super heavy tanks and light tanks. That division costs probably the same as a full medium one, consumes less supply but has almost twice the armour. It's not an exploit per se, but has to be banned, otherwise everyone needs to make super heavies all the time.

Yes the thing I have found with Africa is the supply issue for both the Allies and the Axis. Cut the Axis supply off by Convoy raiding down the West Coast of Africa, and also the Bay of Biscay with Submarines. Even do the same in the Med, and Hold Gibraltar at all costs to Convoy raid from, and maintain Air Superiority if possible, There comes a point in time if Allies have built good supply lines in Africa, that they can hold the Allies off, and after taking out Italian Somalia, can actually begin the push forward, by using their air bases and improving them, to allow CAS and Fighters to be deployed. If you can hold the Axis off around ASWAN and give them hell in the West African theatre it allows the Americans to perform the Torch landings.
