@@SomeGuyOnYT red peppers are supposed to be sweet while green peppers are a bit more bitter. So he may have liked it better with the sweeter pepper since that would go well with the cream cheese.

If a pepper has 3 bumps is a male which is bitter and better for cooking if a pepper has 4 bumps at then end it’s sweeter and is better for eating it raw you can cook but it’s better raw And red is usually more sweater and yellow is a mix of red and green but for maximum sweetness get a red pepper that has 4 bumps (female)

Eating gluten free food for 24 hours? That's really hard to do. Especially when you have to make sure it's 100000 percent gluten free and there's no cross contamination. Otherwise it's pointless and it's also super expensive. Having a gluten free lifestyle is really hard.

Loryn Holtmeyer - I have celiac, my stomach can physically not process gluten and wont digest it. i know how hard it is to find gluten free snacks and food, i just think it is an interesting video concept that makes him try new things that arent always cake related whilst also giving a look into different gluten free foods that some people with celiac like me have not tried.

It's more comfortable to sit down and chopping isn't affected by whether I'm sitting or standing. Tbh standing can get really exhausting sometimes. Also- those comments are super ableist. Don't tell them wheelchair users can cook too! /s

For all those who comment that mushrooms should be washed before use - fun fact: mushrooms are supposed to be peeled, not washed. Reason for it is the fact that mushrooms absorb the water you're washing them in, making them soggy and it will take longer for them to be properly fried in a pan - when heated they will release that absorbed water which will take forever to evaporate, meaning they will cook rather than fry. This doesn't apply if you're making mushroom soup obviously.

The pepper sandwich would be better with an orange, yellow, or red one. the green peppers are actually not ripe. the other colors are sweeter. Also everything bagel seasoning contains onion and garlic powders, in addition to the rest. The idea behind this sandwich is to not eat any carbohydrates from grain, it's called a keto diet, and not everyone thinks it's healthy.

honestly bell peppers are great for adding some freshness and crunch to a dish raw and roasted are a bit softer and more mellow, using them whole as you can see are so good for stuffing because they're so big and entirely edible
