One of my previous jobs brought in a wellness coach weekly and she'd guide us through different meditations. I initially struggled a lot but she taught me a few color techniques that helped (imagine a white room - on your inhale visualize that room gradually changing to a calming color and on your exhale visualize it gradually going back to white). Also trying different breathing exercises (4-7-8 Breathing or “relaxing breath”) and a good meditation playlist helped!

What helped me is listening to 432 hz music while meditating. It enhances the frequency. Thanks for sharing! It’s good that you’re meditating. 🙂

I died at the eggplant emoji lol! I'm new to meditating so I appreciated hearing your experiences. If you're still meditating, how do you find it now?

I still do it. It’s gotten a lot easier. I try to do 5 mins before I start working and before bed. It helps me fall asleep easier. Thanks for watching!
