Good on you Ari for making the commitment to travel all the way here to Australia. I hope your swimming improves and you enjoy your time here. I recently made the biggest breakthrough since I started swimming 2 years ago and it was as simple as breathing. I found out I was chest breathing especially when I was trying to go fast. By diaphragmatic breathing and breathing out constantly in the water, my swimming is so much easier. I’ve done online courses working on fancy stuff like the catch and it was a simple tip about my breathing that has made all the difference! Anyway, I hope you find some nuggets of your own while you’re here. At least you’ll enjoy some good coffee if you don’t. 😊

Ari, pretty sure I watched your first ever video. You quality as a runner and the engine make the watch intriguing. You just never know where this ends up… This promises to be a big moment for you. Hopefully your swimming improves but the biggest thing I took from this was your personal admin can improve = less faff = more efficiency = better order/balance = faster Ari. Anyway, you bring the charisma and comedy but those Aussie girls can definitely teach you a thing or two. Looking forwards to watching you worth this out and win the respect of the Aussie’s through your guts and sacrifice. Go strong!

Hi Ari you didn't need to move all the way to Australia to learn how to swim, I could give you some helpful tips here in NorCal, but you know it's pretty dope to train in Australia. Australians are serious about swimming. One thing I notice is keep your head down in line with your body, your head is a little high.

Just finished watching and I'm about to hit some legal drafting work and switch over to the Lofi Girl for some tunes. Was enjoying your music in the background, and randomly thought "wouldn't it be cool if there was a like a Lofi Girl Ari Klau equivalent channel with his music and whatnot I can stream while I work?" I dunno, probably a lot of work to get working, especially the live stuff . . . but if you could commission some cool repeating animation-maybe some cycle workout grind?-and put your music in the background? Eh . . . I'd listen. Now to legal drafting . . . :-(
