Bro, even those of us who have land don't want that money, it's too much hassle. People who don't know what they're doing slow things down sooooo much. Teaching people how to do a job takes 3-4x longer than just doing it yourself. Longer if equipment is involved. Now if they like weeding gardens or playing with animals, that could be arranged. Easy money in that case.

One time I built an enormous automatic redstone sugarcane farm from the bedrock to max build height. It would create 64 or so stacks of sugarcane with a single button press but also lag most of the server. It looked really cool to jump down the middle. The server doesn't exist anymore but they saved the worlds to some files and gave me a copy of it.

you know automated mining machines exist if you have the redstone prowess required to make them. That's how mind crack or other similar servers typically accomplish that kind of thing. So you might have a harder time breaking an unofficial world record than you think
