Regarding the 80% of people having quirks, that is out of the total world population, but if you were to limit it to just Deku’s generation and younger, then it would be closer to 99% of them have quirks. The older generations where quirks were less common make up the majority of the Quirkless population. All might even mentioned that when he was Deku’s age that being Quirkless was more common, but still a minority.

As far as the question if a quirkless person gets a quirk boosting drug, we got an answer to that in the third movie. Basically the main villain of the movie wanted to kill everyone who had a quirk, thus he used a quirk booster to help him tell the difference between an actually quirkless person from people who were just hiding their quirks. Basically it does nothing to a quirkless person.

With Bakugo, it's not that he sweats only out of his hands, it's that only his hands produce BOTH the chemical compounds needed for the explosions, so yeah, he really is that sweaty.

13:48 Obviously they would lose their quirk (or access to it) when they lose the limb they need for it. We see that with a season 4 villain that loses his hands. Shoto is a bit different, as he can make flames come out of his face. We see him doing that multiple times, such as during the Stain fight and he has to stop Stain from licking the blood off his face. Shoto could probably make fire with his entire left side.

A lot of these questions genuinely have answers in the show, like they're actual plot points that you should know if you watched the show. For example, "What if the hand you use for that quirk gets cut off?" [Spoiler] This was literally how Shigaraki and Mr. Compress "took care" of Overhaul (Chisaki) at the end of Season 4. So far, we haven't seen what happens after that, but we're led to believe that he is now essentially quirkless. I don't want to explain too many of these because Spoilers, and there's just too many to keep track of.

Actually when AFO uses his quirk on mutation type quirks he doesn't just take the mental aspect he takes the mutation too. So if he took spinner's Quirk he would turn into a regular looking human. Though if he took minas quirk she would stay pink because her quirk is a emitter of acid manipulation and her looks are actually not a part of her quirk similar to bird dudes head (forgot how to spell his name) where it not a part of his quirk.

I always just sort of figured that 80% was the number Deku heard as a kid and so that's just the number he remembers. Obviously we don't have the most representative sample in the show, but based off the fact that Deku was the only one in his class without a quirk and that was considered noteworthy implies to me that the number is now higher. Also, glad to know I don't exist. A lot of pressure off by chest knowing my country doesn't exist.

I will not deny it. I am at a loss for 99% of these. I legit stopped and said, wait, what the fuck WOULD happen?! So I’ll say what I DO know or can speculate. There are plenty of quirkless people, but if I recall, you are treated as a lower class citizen as a result. A civil rights movement was made for quirks, and based on the world we’ve seen of all these quirked people in easily noticeable jobs, it has swung the other direction over the years. I hate to use this analogy, but animal quirks are like the religion you don’t believe in/being gay. (So understanding but LARGE disagreements with certain extremes.) Aaaaaand quirkless is being well…hate to put it this way but considering therapy and stuff is pointed at quirked people priority, but it’s the equivalent of being black. (HARSH extreme but based on what I’ve seen this seems to be the accurate assumption) We don’t see quirkless patients here, go to the quirkless doctor. There are zero animals outside Nezu that have become people. Nezu is a lab rat turned human and is a one of a kind creature. I do NOT know if Tokoyami just got more bird faced as he grew up or if he just woke up in kindergarten with a fucking bird head. I’m leaning towards the former since Dark Shadow is his quirk, and he just looks weird. Do the carpets match the drapes on Todoroki? Endeavor has a red beard and mustache under his fire beard and mustache. I won’t say anything more on that. But I hope Shoto has the sense to remain clean shaved. Because that will look REALLY dumb on him. If Todoroki loses a limb can he no longer use that side of his quirk? I said this while grading his quirk. DNA is not constrained to half of your body. His sides are in all likelihood a mental block rather than a quirk facet since there’s no mark on his body that says where his quirk comes from. I am NOT sure if that applies to Uraraka who has finger and I assume toe pads for her quirk. But she could also be like Shigaraki who is just in a state of quirk on or quirk off from any kind of contact he chooses in any direction. He’s also a prime adult and she’s a teenager so who knows where that becomes possible. Can Bakugo ride on airplanes? (I hope they chain him up like in season 2. Because that is WAY too funny) How do you find out what your quirk is when it comes to blood quirks? It effects your personality directly. You are DRAWN to use your quirk. Stain I imagine paralyzed himself multiple times from bloody noses, sucking on scrapes and wounds he has gotten, you name it. Must’ve been awkward when it happened. Toga likewise did the same but with a dead bird. It was gross. But it’s also like that with OFA which I believe makes the user naturally more selfless. Momo I believe can’t cook with her quirk, I feel like she could’ve escaped the building in Season 3 way easier when she battled the IQ girl in the provisional license exam. But she can make fully made clothes. Also Shinso ANY acknowledgement works for his quirk. AFO I believe needs to know the quirk he is taking in order to take it. Which would explain his doctor operation and his feigning sympathy to find out peoples needs so he can use them later. I think I have to let it go here though because I genuinely have no clues for the rest. Jesus Christ now I have thinking to do.

If you cut off one of Uraraka hands, then she wouldn’t be entirely quirkless. The way her quirk works is to make something float she needs to touch it with all five fingers because her quirk actually comes from these little pink pads on the tips of her fingers. In order to release her quirk, she needs to touch the pads on both hands together. If she lost one hand she would still be able to make things float, but she wouldn’t be able to release them. Theoretically at least. I can’t remember where it’s stated, but I very distinctly remember them saying that people with mutation quirks are born with their quirks where people with admitter quirks and the other type of quirks get them when they’re toddlers. There are also people whose physical abnormalities, like Tokoyami’s bird head or Koda’s whole appearance, are genetic and unrelated to their quirks. It is also mentioned with Shoji that it doesn’t matter if one of his offshoot appendages gets cut off as long as his six main arms are intact, he’ll still be able to use his quirk. So for example, if he creates an arm off of one of one of his six arms, if the offshoot arm gets cut off, he’ll be fine, but if one of his main six arms is cut off, he would be left with five arms.

"What happens if a quirkless person takes quirk enhancing drugs?" Probably nothing. Quirks are established to have a "quirk factor" that allows them to function. Abilities like Aizawa's affect a person's quirk factor, so even quirks that are mutations like Mashirao's Tail quirk may not fully function under the effects of Aizawa's Erasure quirk. This can be seen in the USJ arc. Some of the villians had mutations that turned their fingers into functioning guns. But, when Aizawa used his quirk on them, they were unable to fire - the mutation was still there, but their ability to activate the mutation's primary function was disabled. This is important to understand, because it shows a clear difference between people with quirks and people with no quirks. As far as I know, it's not explained how Trigger (the quirk enhancing drug we've seen on screen) works, specifically, but considering it's able to boost the quirk, not give your body a general boost in athletic ability or something, it probably targets a person's quirk factor, somehow. Quirkless people don't have a quirk factor, therefore, I imagine that a substance like Trigger wouldn't do anything. Maybe they'd experience some side effects that would be associated with taking Trigger, but they most likely wouldn't gain any visible benefit from using it. This also explains the transplant question. Transferring the physical "equipment" required to use a quirk, such as Hawks's wings, onto a person that doesn't have that quirk, the quirk factor that controls the wings/feathers would be missing, therefore, unless you could also get All For One to also transfer the quirk factor from Hawks to the recipient, the recipient would have no control over the wings that were transplanted.

Some areas have more people with quirks than others - Japan is a country with one of the least known quirkless people. And most of the quirkless individuals are from the previous generations, so it is quite rare for quirkless to be born these days. If a person without a quirk took a quirk enhancing drug - one of two things would happen. Either nothing would happen... or they'd die. Since they have no quirk genes then the drug has nothing to enhance - though it would probably still make them high and drugged. Or even potentially kill them as the drug was made with quirk genes enhancement in mind.

You said you'd want a speed quirk, but how would that function? There a few ways to do that, such as Iida's engine. A manga only character has a quirk that allows him to glide over most any surface and can go quite fast, but also has other applications to his quirk beyond simple movement. Another manga only character has straight up super speed, can't use it for very long, only for short bursts. Then there are guys like that wheel guy who Endeavor chased down the road one episode. Even Deku's early Full Cowl gave him super speed. Don't worry about spoilers. The manga only characters I mentioned won't be showing up in the anime anyway.

Mutations are things that come around birth, and quirks that alter the body aren't always a mutation quirk. Mina's quirk is an exception as a build up of acid changed her appearance, her eyes can return to their white color instead of black if she uses a bunch of acid, and i believe she can't use all of her acid because of restrictions so she'll never be normal again. At Least not completely.

Interesting fact, the acid girl, I think Mina(I'm bad with names) Did come out looking normal. Her skin and eyes look like that because of all the acid she has stored up, and when drained she looks like a normal girl

"Isn't only the sweat on his hands that explode" Firstly, iirc the anime and manga never truly specifies. In fact it's kept so vague that his quirk most likely is just him being able to sweat nitroglycerin and blow it up. I would assume however that he has a similar psychological block as Deku did with him never using his legs until his injuries forced him to change fighting styles. So him only blowing shit up with his hands is less a limitation of his quirk, and moreso one that he subconsciously forces onto himself. Luckily, he can afford to limit himself like this because his Quirk is pretty damn busted and has relatively minimal downsides. Of course, that's mostly speculation on my part, but it both makes sense and also keeps with the running gag of people in this series either subconsciously or consciously limiting themselves for reasons more or less out of their control. Second... If it IS just his hands, I feel like that paints a picture that's way more terrifying personally. Cuz the kid is firing of mini nukes with just a bit of sweat on his hands, which is INSANE. No wonder his Quirk is considered so amazing in universe if that's the case. Dude can go for a light 2-3 minute jog, sweat just a little, and proceed to level an entire building. 1+1 doesn't equal 2 in that case with Bakugo. It's more like 1+1=20.😂

With hero names we also saw the opposite situation where Alien Queen would have been an awesome name but they basically made her change it to Pinky and Bakugo just didn't get a hero name when something like "Explosive hero Grenadier" would have been very obvious and more appropriate than anything he tried to name himself.

All forms of nonorganic matter and energy can be produced. No, it expressly stated that his quirk doesnt work on himans. However, nezu is an animal with a quirk. The only one, i should mention, so the double dog and togedemaru(tje electric possum, you mentioned, but that basically what he is) dont exist. In 2020 there was made a charity performance of Might+U and You Say Run (ost from my hero academia). The KZfaq video featured special guests from all around the game and anime industry. As well as some youtubers. 80+ musicians in total. Including twentytwo voice actors from the english dub of my hero academia. And my favourite part. The composer of my hero academia’s music, Yuki Hayashi himself. Other notable people in the video would be Takahiro Obata (the composer of the promised neverland ), And Patrick Bartley Jr. (Grammy-nominated saxophonist). As well as sooo many others. the cops are there to arrest criminals. the heroes don't have the license to arrest, and the police don't have the license to use their quirk. so police are usually there after the criminal has been captured. we can see that after the training camp, when mustard is being arrested, and same for Kamino Ward, and a few other incidents!! im pretty sure the anime has specified that the heroes don't have the license to arrest but i may be wrong. they do say they have to 'hand them over to the police' quite a few times though, so I'll count that. they'd probably arrest them themself if they could.

Not related to the video, i just couldn't wait till a TF2 day to announce this, But Today (or yesterday now in my time, may 26th) was Project #SaveTF2. a mostly peaceful protest to try to get valve to even respond. All the big names of the community, smaller youtubers and more joined in with it, sharing their story and love for the game on twitter and youtube, including most of the TF2 youtubers you would know (Lazypurple, Soundsmith, Fishstickonastick made an entire video dedicated to it.) Even some Former TF2 youtubers who left the game long ago got in on this. Even the Medic's voice actor is a part of the movement. It is so nice to see the *good* side of the community all come together to try to do something and... There is a chance it might have worked? I guess we will know for sure in the future, BUT this event got various gaming news sites to pick up on both it and the TF2 bot problem. And best of all, Valve has finally brushed off the TF2 Twitter account just to address this.... Here's hoping something, anything comes from this.
