I was in Napoli in 1969. Once you eat pizza there everything else in not real pizza. I crave the taste.

I promise you that in NYC you can get way better pizza experience than Naples lol. You can find all the same style of pizza in this video from authentic Italian pizzerias but also all the American styles like Tavern, NY, Deep Dish, Pan, thin crust, etc. Much more variety and still lots of high quality available.

Probably the last place was the best. I've done the same in 2018. Went to Naples and try some pizza. Different places though. But since then I'm in love with Naples pizza. That was when I start watching you!

I’m certain every pizza was delicious, they all were masters and a joy to watch . Sometimes people debate on the toppings, which are the easiest part to source. Making Pizza or bread dough is where the magic starts. On Roberto’s cream and ham pizza, was that potato through the ricer? Clever idea versus potato slices. Hello Vito!!! Can you often be found working at Provami? My husband is a huge fan, he says you have taught him everything he knows about making pizza and pizza is his life. We are traveling to LA from Texas quite literally just to try your pizza finally! Different shops, different crust. It all comes down to taste. If the ingredients work together there is success. Everyone has a different interpretation/version of the same pizza.
