I had to pause after hearing ashes voice, I've heard you do lots of voice overs and watched your final fantasy play throughs and enjoy your voice acting skills. Ash took me completely by surprise as I'm old enough to watch that on TV as a kid, nostalgia much! Also damn you killed it though!

After seeing your FFVII original run and watching your FFVII remake run, it's great to see your genuine love for all the characters, and Tifa n Aerith. I can tell just with the remake by-far, Aerith has become more love-able than ever because of her sweet bubbly personality. Personally, I was a Tifa fan (Still am), But FFVII remake is making me lean on to loving Aerith more.

I played through the original game when i was seven or so, and so i only have bad memories of the events. I sometimes remember a few things, but at specific points and specific musics, i would just start crying, without even understanding why. Nostalgia is a hell of a thing. But it felt good, in a way. I'm liking the videos, the editing is very well done and funny, and the reactions and humor of Frankie are very entertaining :)

Honestly i think Areith will be the villan this time and sephiroth is just trying to train you to be able to finish her when the time comes. Arieth seems like she remembers the timeline of the last game and also is shown to be much more accepting of violence. Where as sephiroth isn't really trying to kill cloud it seems like hes actually trying to train him. Maybe since they both were part of the life stream their personalities rubbed off on each other enough that Aireth went back and created a new timeline and that makes all her and her friends wishes and happiness come true no matter the sacrifice.

Hmm. You could be onto something with this. She acts quite differently this time around and yeah of course that's because her consciousness was plucked from the lifestream into this timeline and she has a lot of memories from the OG timeline, but even then, she still feels slightly off... I'm not sure they could pull off a 180 villain switch though, so I'm torn on this theory.

I don't think that a lot of people quite picked up on it but when Cloud and Aerith are starting off on their trip to get him back to Sector 7, the vision Cloud has, given the music, should have something to do with Aerith being responsible for the Lifestream/Holy intervening to save the world from Meteor. Cloud crying seems to be a pretty solid indicator, too.

Love this game so much , ff7 was my favorite ff and I was super hyped when this game came out . Seeing the characters made me very happy but arieth got me choked up a little bit aswell. Part 2 of the remake is going to upset alot of people myself included , im hoping they find a way to change "fate".

I'm sure you know this by now, but that scene where Cloud suddenly cries, he sees a vision of [SPOILER] Aerith's death from the future, which was triggered when she was walking away from him. Every time he gets a headache, it's because an event triggered it, be it someone's words, something he sees, etc.

Aeris gave me mixed signals. First she says she's not a princess that needs to be coddled. Then when I leave her to hang from the broken ladder she gets mad that I'm not helping her.

This is the only time I have ever liked this game. I watched a let's play when it was new and thought it was awful. It doesn't seem so bad through this lens. I mean it's still a hack and slash so it's not good, and the story is scuffed, but I enjoy your enjoyment.
