For real. Imagine being upset because a grown man is just vlogging online. He has attention, and an audience, doing this stuff. The people criticizing you, they do not. If it’s not against your company, or in your case jurisdiction , I completely understand people making videos about it. Rather you are a Taco Bell employee or a police officer, if you are allowed to film, why shouldn’t you? Super salty people making these comments don’t understand that the internet makes you money nowadays :)

Mr. Q, I respect that you didn’t take the low road and trash talk your department even though some of them sound like that would have been fair. Thank you for sharing your story. After 13 years in LE I find myself with the hard decision that I need to exit. New leadership has made it clear that family is not their priority. I like my job description but the LE schedule is hard on my family. Do you personally know or can you refer me to any articles about what other careers I could use my LE skills towards? I’m nervous that LE is all I’ve done for 13 years so it’d be nice to find something that uses those skill sets. Thank you sir, great video!

Let’s be honest he’s a coward any real man that is an X cops and post on KZfaq are very honest about the reason why they left. It was getting corrupt and they didn’t want to be criminals and tyrants. This man wants to sugarcoat it. That’s that’s his prerogative at the end end of the day. He’s the one that has to look himself in the mirror. Some people lack the courage, the conviction, and the balls to do the right thing.

Plan on going into law enforcement a few years down the road and I found you first with your spin art. I used to want to do career in something art related, but then I realized I have a calling for law enforcement. It’s like you switched your channel to things I was interested in. Have you considered being an MP in the military ??? Living in the barracks is free,meals free,if your unit allows you to live off post as a lower enlisted,you get extra pay. You single with no dependants ??? Save some money too. LOL. Just something to consider.

He spent time in the academy and field training and counted that as “experience” and now people are looking at him as the gold standard for advice on law enforcement when he barely had his training wheels off before quitting…

I bless you Mr. Johnny for being honest, and brave of why you quit, and I bless you for sharing your situation (story). I’m studying personal finance and doing pushups for bodybuilding because of a situation that happened to me 6 years ago which didn’t make sense to me and makes me angry, but now I’m doing better. Don’t give up everyone; life is too short to worry about the bad things. Talk to more people because we all have something to share. Thank you Johnny for inspiring us.

He tries to make the claim that he had 2 years of experience. But he counts his academy time and his FTO time as “experience” then people portray him as the gold standard for law enforcement advice… realistically he had less than a year of “on his own” time. Just take a look at his videos. He offers “advice” on certain products, but the moment another company pays him he changes his advice to match what his sponsors say.

Hey brother, my name is Ron and I was a Law Enforcement Officer for a district here where I lived. I too was somewhat on the same boat as you. Worked so hard to be the best Officer I can be. I truly wanted to help others and I was super friendly. Unfortunately, in the end, I had to resign because of unfortunate circumstances somewhat similar to yours. I felt defeated and it made me feel that I couldn't be a great human being as an Officer. That I had to be a certain type of person. I just want to say that your video is very inspiring and it is helping me deal with losing something I really loved doing, serving people as an Officer. I’m old enough where you can be my son. I always try to advise the guys that are “on” that while in the PD, they should attempt to prepare for the real world, outside the PD when they retire. I know plenty that when they retired they either do nothing substantive with their lives, ( in my opinion, and believe me these guys are talented in many ways) or they just work at Home Depot. You done good to prepare. You did it a lot sooner than a lot of smart/driven cops out there. All the best. People spread drama false rumors label people for what they aren't it's so toxic. Just can't see that you let them get to you. Maybe one day the world will become a better place it really sucks and a negative work environment would make me want to step away and focus on me. Johnny, As a channel owner myself I think it’s inevitable that eventually I’ll need to quit my current job too. I’m just a tiny channel right now still learning how to walk. So I can fly under the radar. But as I walk and begin to run and the channel gains meaningful growth it’ll be a little more difficult too hide haha. And let me tell you this. Even as a tiny channel I’ve gotten a good deal of hate my way that caused me to be very sad and depressed and give up. Had it not been for my core audience helping me through that and realize that I just need tough skin I don’t think I would have gone further. But my true supporters won’t let me quit. Haha I’ve followed you for a while here in KZfaq man. Just never really commented before. Your work is awesome! And hopefully after I’ve gone through the trench’s and the KZfaq boot camp I’ll be able to earn a spot with the big leagues like yourself! In due time man in due time. I’ll get there though. I’ve seen videos and pictures that sometimes don’t make me want to join the job especially now a-days. I got a trick for you if you’re up for it . Go through basic training to be a MP in the military reserves and then join the LEO’s outside. You’ll be pretty much set for life if you ride out the reserves and do your 20 years. Be safe out there man 🫱🏾🫲🏿

Hey man, the reason why cops (including myself) were giving him such a hard time is because this job isn’t about being boastful. We see tik tok cops as someone who is using their badge as a way to gain likes. Granted, this guy already had the likes and followers but you get my point. Also, he is a NEW cop already trying to tell people what do wear, buy, do when he hasn’t even been a cop long. Long story short, this guy was worrying about his KZfaq career more than his career. That’s why cops hated him.
