loved your reactions and the vlog was so fun to watch!! hard agree about the reconciliation between james and cordelia dragging too much. i think if she learned about gracelet from the beginning and still needed james to prove it to her he loved bc she was burned too many times before, would been a) more realistic and b) fun to watch! the miscommunication was driving me crazy!!

As soon as I finished cot yesterday I began binging this literal movie and I loved every second of it, your theories were spot on and I agree! intermission grief gave me also so much anxiety cause of my baby Matthew I didn't know if I could finish it 😭 but I'm glad I did and I'm glad theyre mostly happy

I’m back. I’ve finished. ngl this last book disappointed the hell outta me. I’m kinda gonna forget it exists. chain of gold is a perfect standalone for me. 10/10 perfection.

i dont know if im happy or confused that matthew had a happy ending! obviously im relieved but also ??? why was there so much foreshadowing to his possible upcoming immortality? I feel like his story was not wrapped up. It felt like the end of TMI book 3, if that makes sense.

yes I agree!!! very much in two minds about it. but the consensus is that she’s most likely going to write a matthew centric book/short story collection! which i’m excited about but still wish it would’ve been more clear at the end of the book. maybe it’ll become more clear after that!
