Great to hear you are getting back to normal and don't be harsh in yourself, we all make mistakes. No one is perfect.

Yeah I came off my anxiety medication cold turkey. Don't do that. Been off them since November and doing alright.

I use an app to remind me when to take meds and when i get low on meds

Gosh dang that's a horrid time you've been having the bud, they sound have been more explicitly clear about what exactly to do and how to do it 😩 I didn't have quite those kinds of issues with meds in the past, but there were vague instructions given to me and it was a right pain because I didn't follow the instructions right Hopefully you're back on the proper mend before too long 🫂 Your future journeys sound very exciting 👀 I generally feel pretty indifferent towards being far away, but travelling is good fun I think My bf submitted our pitch so fingers crossed it goes through 👀 All the stuff that's been going on has been a real rollercoaster, hopefully they ease up soon
