this might get lost, but you can see what ratings will be before you change positions. If you go into team management and click a player then put them into the position you'll be able to tell based on form. If form goes from +1 to +2, they'll get an extra rating. or +1 to +6 they get 5, just FYI

So basically we have had a staff problem, the coach at the start of the season Marcelino left after a few games and then gatusso came and his marseille were very inconsistent and Jean Louis gasset came and we have been doing better, there was also a meeting between fans of the club and the staff which lead to threats and a part of the OM staff leaving

Will try commenting this again. Had an idea, maybe someone else has done, but Id love to see your twist on it. Take a big team from any league and bin off the best players and start at the bottom league and re build them
