If you run “resolution shines like pearls of sweat” at R5, you have a 100% chance to debuff with her basic. This makes every part of her kit inflict debuffs, and it makes her THE BEST partner for characters like Acheron, and also anyone using the crimson waters set, like Dr Ratio or Welt.

I was told “good night and sleep well” was the best lightcone for her, would you say resolution is better? I rlly need my pela to debuff as much as possible for my Acheron 😭🙏🏻

@@Str3ys resolution is better SPECIFICALLY for teams with Acheron. Otherwise use goodnight and sleep well as a better all-around option.

The fun thinga about def shred is it scales exponentially (until you hit 100% ofc). So the more sources, the better it works. Pela with S5 resolution is already significant, but in the case of using either Black Swan or Kafka, Black Swan's skill gives *even more* def reduction which on top of Pela's and the lightcone puts it somewhere around 70% which is nuts (plus Arcana damage, which does more than Kafka when she has no dots to detonate). Pela aside, the Dotcheronterine team has gotta be one of the strongest teams (that use sustain) in the game.

Ohhh this is a good how to for building pela and talk about some good spd roles too. until a proper male def shred comes, Pela will join my team as my def shredder and fellow shipper... Thank you for the rough outline for Pela

never in my life playing star rail have i heard pela as "not so great", this is just flabbergasting. im an OG and i never heard pela being a "not so great" character even from streamers and youtubers. damn

Pela with black swan is better than with Kafka since black swan does a nice amount of def shred so that makes Acheron hit harder so pela,black swan is good ❤

pela is the nihility version of ruan mei and, in my opinion, she's just as good. I've been on the pela train since day one. these days she lives on my jingliu and acheron teams.

@@HiddenGhost00 fast with pearls of sweat, ehr chest, spd boots, hp orb, err rope. should be wind set and penacony set. want her to be fast enough to skill without draining your entire team of sp, so yuo would weave normals between your skills

Fun fact as i did my 3 free pulls which i got from leveling my aventurine i got Himekos lightcone so in fact it is true on the second pull you will get a five star

Her dmg is really really mid so its not worth increasing her dmg so justs stick to resolution lightcone

Pela's A4 gives her (and the rest of the team) a +10% EHR buff in combat, so you only need another 57% from your stats for her ult debuff to work 100% of the time. Any more than that is wasted.

I think it depends on the situation. In most cases, I would agree, Pela would be a better bet than Silver Wolf, however if you're a bit of a newer player or are lacking weakness type coverages, Silver Wolf would be a better option. I've also tried both in my Dr. Ratio team, and Silver Wolf's debuffs help out a bit more than Pela's in terms of guaranteeing his follow-up attacks. That being said, Pela has been my favorite character since launch, so I'm slightly biased.

They're equally good as for now Sw is good for moc and weekly boss fights and pela is good for 0 cycle moc and pure fiction and Simulated universe just depends on blessings and Silverwolf is gonna be the best and broken support in the new apocalyptic shadow gamemode
