Over the last few months I've gone through one of the biggest transitions of my life - from working as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey and graduating from Harvard Medical School to starting residency in ENT in New York City. Life looks really different now, and I wanted to share how so, the lessons I've learned, and what's next.

This is so cool. Thank you for sharing your insights. I am curious, how do you keep track of all the information you are learning? Do you keep a google doc or spreadsheet where you record what you are learning?

I use my notes app on my phone and separate into folders. I’m still refining it but can make a video about this!
