@@antoniom9470 it's not dispatching. A dispatcher is who gives a driver a load and monitors their progress with a delivery. They also might be the one who goes on a load board to find loads posted by brokers. A broker/brokerage finds customers who need loads delivered. Once they develop that relationship they then try to find carriers who will haul the load. They keep a certain percentage of what the load pays for themselves for the service.

@@daminh9245 the way of things can go something like this: Customer -> Broker -> Dispatcher -> Driver There can be more middleman in the process, like a second broker, a trip planner, etc. A good rule of thumb is the more middleman between you and the Customer, the less money you'll make.

I Got accepted in to prime Inc. but after watching these KZfaq videos on them A lot of the conditions that they subject these students too just doesn’t sit well with me. Pay, training, Etc
