An incredibly tasty, hearty and healthy salad made from simple ingredients. I'm sure you'll love it from the first spoonful!
ZUCCHINI SALAD
WE NEED:
Zucchini 1 piece (300-350 gr)
Vegetable oil for frying 1 tablespoon
Salt 2 pinches
Ground pepper to taste
Boiled chicken fillet 1 piece (200 gr)
Boiled eggs (egg whites) 4 pieces
FOR SWEETNESS:
Egg yolk 4 pieces
Sour cream 150 g
Mustard not hot 1 tablespoon
Salt 0.3 teaspoon
Ground pepper to taste
