If I remember correctly Ramsey doesn't like processed foods. He is very into using fresh natural ingredients. Based on that the kimchi corn dog was a greaseball of blasphemy.😆

1: no idea why Ramsey didn't like this 2: pretty sure they made a face with food and then tried to make it edible. They did not succeed 3: extremely questionable but apparently good

my guess why ramsey didn't like the first one is because of how lazy and wasteful it is it only tastes good because the individual parts are alright together but they didn't really cook there, they just stacked a bunch of ingridients and deep fried them plus I guess it's the biggest example of definitive junk food

Actually, theoretically the third made sense but I'm not sure 😂 cause people do add mayonnaise to ramen which is sour, and pineapples are sour as long as you don't overheat them so...

for the kim chi corn dog thing, I think you need less kim chi near the edges to allow it to close and stick together, you can't have the wet and bulging kim chi in the seam.

the kimchi corn dog looks delicious and about 400x better than gordons disgusting grilled cheese sandwich that had two solid blocks of hard cheese inside that did not melt but just sweated some fat. i know he is an amazing chef, ive made many of his recipes, eaten at many of his restaurants, it was mostly really delicious. but sometimes i can't take his inconsistency with criticism/what he does seriously. ...

The problem is Gordon Ramsay is that he only likes the food if it looks like and sounds like it would taste good together like french fries and ketchup, but he will never eat the french fries with Mc flurry

not true tbh. His newer restaurants shows how much his taste differs based on the setting. For example his pizza restaurant in Korea has hella weird toppings that you wouldn’t expect Gordon would like. He said he made, tried, and perfected every recipe himself.

1) This should be good 2) When you know the meat can't be flipped in the middle, it's fked 3) They say it's good because MSG, remove that and it's rubbish. No idea about first but Gordon knows 2nd will fail and third is just junk food and the preparation is so sloppy.

Nah, pineapple and bitter melon is a classic combination. You can search "pineapple bitter melon chicken soup" (鳳梨苦瓜雞湯), and find a lot of recipes.
