The physical resilience necessary for Mixed Martial Arts is truly astounding. They don't call this Mixed Martial Arts for nothing because this requires strength, stamina, speed, and an extremely high tolerance to pain and pandemonium. Seth, my brother, I commend you for your courage and endurance with Master Stephen "Wonderboy" Thompson. And, to Master Thompson, bravissimo to you, sir.

Hey Seth, the part about meeting Wonderboy and how he made you feel special really hit me in the feels. I took martial arts for about six months before I had to stop because I couldn't make my work schedule fit with my class schedule. Well, I recently started taking classes again after something like a year off and the second I walked in everyone was super excited to see me and super excited to hear that I was gonna be taking classes again. I can't remember the last time I felt so good! It's really cool when someone can make you feel immediately welcome and like you belong there! That story shot me right through the heart!

Never heard from anyone that wonderboy has fake hustle in any way- training, being a good dude, fighting, he seems like the type who legitimately gives his full attention to everything he does and that relates into being present and thats the thing that makes people feel special themselves and know a person who has that quality when talking to them is special.

The way you feel by the trainer is just another way of gut feeling. The trainer i had chance to train just for few months was similar. I got to his training and he said: sit over there. Nothing else than 100% focus on the students, then after the training was ended he came to me and as peer mortal asked what i want to know, what, how, when and so on, that time he held several profi belts already and still had that 100% focus on the students.
