If this is the first time you're watching one of my videos, my name is Sharif & in this video, I tried Shopify Dropshipping store from scratch with only a budget of $100 for the entire video. The way this was possible was through Organic TikTok marketing which means we didn't have to spend a cent on paid Facebook or TikTok ads and instead post videos to go viral on our own page. This video is for entertainment purposes only.
By the way I forgot to substrate the $14 domain cost from the total profit.

Maybe, the product description would have the real brand name mentioned somewhere so that they know it's sold under some other name. Just guessing! If I were a buyer, I definitely would have questions as to why the brand name differs.

This is actually really good, from a 3 sales standpoint and making $50+ that's actually really good, all you need to do is sell 10 in order to be able to eat for the month, it's not that hard but your margins for 'x' product is at almost 40% profits, that in itself is really good, most companies make a 20-30% margin, others better than some but that's the average margin most companies go by

He literally said he paid $38 at 10:10 for the product and he shows revenue as $119.97 with 3 sales. He didn't make $50 in profit, he made $6 and has to pay shipping for 3 different packages, so he's breakeven at best depending on shipping costs.

I'm trying to understand this a little more. When someone buys it from the store you made. How long does it take for the product to come to you for you ship out or does it ship from the manufacture? and if you have to buy it to ship it out, then where are you buying the product so the shipping time isn't a month long?

the entire dropshipping method is a joke and this video only proves how stupid it is. Anyone with a brain nowadays knows to google search or look up items on aliexpress or any other wholeseller. What exactly are you "testing" that data analytics and data science hasn't already/or can prove - with proper education and skill set. Might as well use this 100.00 to take some coding courses.

Honestly some decent results there Sharif! Sure it was only $53 but as you mentioned if you kept at it, the results would have snowballed as I've experienced personally with dropshipping. Sharif are you into affiliate marketing at all? I've been having a lot more success with affiliate marketing than dropshipping for over 3 years now and have even started making vids on my channel to help others replicate the success that I've had. Your vids are genuine and I love the transparency. Please keep at it man!

it's technically against amazons guidlines to drop ship in the sense where you enter customers information in for example walmart and then just have walmart ship it to them, because its in walmarts boxes and teh customer can report you. there is jsut also troubles that come along whe nthey want to return it they get sussed out because you tell them to return it using the shipping label you provide (thorugh amazon) adn that right there may cause problems because they see it came from walmart. if you get caught doing this it's by by amazon account

It’s a good product but it dosent look very needed or wanted. It seems that they’d see this product scrolling through TikTok and be like that’s cool, instead of needing it/ helping a need. Kindve like when people drop ship the heat pad that helps with pressure and soreness which is a want and makes people want to buy it more because they need it. Just a way to increase sales instead of selling a speaker which isn’t a very broad crowd because most people already have headphones, speakers, etc

I've watched a few similar videos now where people always finish the challenge with small profit (USD 50 - 500). I just wonder how you manage to make money in the long run? Are they building one 1-product-store after another, that seems like way too much effort to me. Or do you rather try to expand one product or product group?

I have the exact same question. My best guess is that, once you've tested and proved to yourself that this product is a winner, you: 1. Do heavy research on your audience (u study the ones that bought from you) 2. Upgrade your website beyond the 'skeleton' phase. Basically u make it more complete 3. ADS, ADS, ADS! Yes, you advertise. Because that's the only way u can scale. And you do it to the people you know are the most likely to buy from you (check number 1) and they WILL buy from you, cause u have a winner!! And you know that cause u already tested it!! Good luck!

When you test a product and it isn't a winner do you refund the few customers who bought from your store or do you wait for their products to be delivered first before closing and starting again?

Yea all the phones I used had multiple existing accounts on them besides my moms old phone which was the only one that showed signs of potential virality. There’s also multiple more factors that I didn’t get into depth on however here are some best practices. 1) New phone without TikTok installed 2) New account set up specifically with a phone # instead of an email 3) Posting directly from the TikTok app itself 4) Posting during specific times of the day 5) Keeping the length of content you post consistent There’s more that I can’t remember off the top my head but yea..

Great video I’m just a little confused. After a customer buy the product from your sight you have to manually go to the manufacturer and “order” it for your customer. Or is there a way to have this done automatically

This might be a stupid question, but when you receive the product you wanted to make your own. Didn’t it arrive with the other companies logos all over it?? Also on the actual product itself? Confused how you can rebrand the product but it still says the old logo on it. Do you just find a product that doesn’t have another companies label on it? Do you just make your own packaging? Any response appreciated.

@@ShooterMcGavin32 but if u really want to grow ur business you want to talk to ur supplier and see if you can have ur logo put on theres a couple vids on youtube that go into detail
