@@amirbrooks6530 That right, I started investing sometime in 2018 and by late 2019, I pulled a profit of over $750,000 with no prior investing knowledge or skill, I was basically just following the guidelines set by the financial advisor I use, so you don't necessarily need to be a perfect investor or do the hardworks, just have a professional guide you.

At 34 years old I finally feel ready to settle down long enough to buy a house. Unfortunately due to previous horrible stupid life decisions, I'm forced to start with a zero balance in my savings account. On the bright side, the huge amount of debt - consequence of those bad decisions will be payed off next month,It's never too late to start saving like there's no tomorrow, and I'm really REALLY excited and motivated. Oh and Graham, fyi my emergency fund is also a done deal! by MysticFlip lol, i didn't made it myself

Impressive video. I started a bit late (graduated from my doctorate program at age 30 in 2016 with 170k in school loan debt). Managed to pay off my debt by 2019 and currently have a house and 250k total in investments (combo of profit share, 401k and a brokerage account). I'm not very knowledgeable in investing, so I just have my investing currently in index funds mainly voo, but have been putting a lot into schd the past few months. I dunno if that's the optimal strategy, but psychologically it is very set it and forget it, and prevents me from obsessing over individual stock performance.

@@stellaadams593 Instead of using different brokerage accounts to purchase index funds or individual stock, compare your age(s) and how much time you have estimated till retirement, you can also opt to consulting/working with a fund manager/advisor for an “optimal strategy” to outperform the bear market.

Credit score is not something used in all countries though. In France, they determine if you are eligible to get a loan (e.g., to buy a house) based on the ratio between your salary, your expenses and your savings. Basically, if every month you 'burn' all your money, you're perceived as riskier than someone earning less but consistently making deposits to a saving account. I feel in the US people tend to buy things they don't need with money they don't have... The only times I feel one should need a credit is when buying 'big' things (house, car, etc.). Not for a TV. I’m 26 with over 800 credit score, time was put into that to build it up by MysticFlip

Yea Navy federal gave me a really high limit. I applied and was denied at first so I got a MysticFlip , and I was approved for a capital one. The limit was so small lol but I took it and worked on it. Because if that it helped my credit and I believe that’s what made me finally get approved for navy fed with such a high limit. they're still working on increasing the capital one since it was so low. All in all I’m satisfied.

I dunno… I was one of those people that didn’t care about a credit score, didn’t get any education about how important your credit score is, and I racked up debt like an idiot. I worked really hard and educated myself and I’ve brought my credit score from 480 to 732 and I’m still going up with VermontCorpLTD . I feel like the government blaming credit reporting companies instead of the lack of financial education in their own public education system is foolish.

LBTNCRP300X is young. Holding almost anything mentioned here is a good hold because the VHS or Beta will only show in time. I want to hold them early. Its sad that most dont think of these things as good future holds instead of being out of the market and bottom hunting. Are we the adopters or are we scavengers? surely one of these layer ones will become the standard and i dont want to sell any of them too early.

Wow Sebastian! As an immigrant to the states myself your story resonates so much. Candle to fry an egg :( I recalled days spent carefully selecting 9 cent chili-flavored ramen packs with my dad from the grocery store and adding frozen vegetables if we could afford it. Those were definitely tough times. My wealth journey is just starting. For now I am fully focused on helping others like you and I, releasing all these childhood trauma and social programs from our subconscious. I cannot wait until the day I can support retiring my parents and the bigger & grander vision is to create a harmonious community ( more of a a luxurious 100 acre sanctuary) where people can be their authentic selves and live free from the constraints of the matrix. the best part about the video is honestly how grateful he was for his first experiences at the fast food joints and the car wash. there are so many people who think they're stuck where they are, but in reality, all they have to do is accept where they are in order to propel themselves forward.

The new job was big because for the first few weeks I barely made any money. The inheritance gave me that cushion I needed as I got my bearings.

Really inspiring story Sebastian. You're a true motivation. I'm currently doing dropshipping and earning a decent income while marketing my products solely on TikTok. What I discovered in the process is if I boost my videos a little (with Famester or some other tool), my videos get pushed by the algorithm and reach way more people. That of course reflects on my sales. I hope someone will find this helpful, just like I find Sebastian's videos helpful.
