I mean there is quite a noticeable difference between the two. Earl Grey is flavoured with bergamot, which is a very strong flavour, and English Breakfast is a mix of different black teas without any additional flavouring. Quite noticeable indeed.

Arizona Green Tea (an American brand of canned tea) with Ginseng and Honey is a fairly nice iced tea, and I believe either Korea or Japan has a similar bottled tea with a green cap.

Jasmine has always been my favorite green tea. Now, the healthiest teas are actually white teas with yellows in second place, jasmine then green teas and lastly black.

Fun fact about jasmine: The smell of jasmine is from a chemical called indole, and if one concentrates indole, he will find it smells shockingly similar to shit, as shit’s smell is also from indole, but very concentrated compared to jasmine flowers.

I wonder how he'll like real tea. You know, the loose-leaf ones that come in foil bags or tins. Many specialty tea stores have a sampler pack so you don't have to spend a lot to get lots of varieties.

I've been to japan 3 times and every time I will grab the premium green tea (the one with the umami thing) off the closest convenience store the moment I land. Glad to see you rate it so highly too it's really one of the best

as a Persian i recommend : brew your tea with cinnamon ( a piece of pure trea bark cinnamon , the powders ruin the tea) and a couple of dried damask rose buds

The rich Kirin green tea (with the green label all over the bottle) was my favourite when I visited Japan. I'm so sad we don't have proper bottled tea here in Germany, everything I could find so far is sweetened, flavoured with aromas and contains a miniscule amount of tea extract. It's insane how many variants of tea they have in Japan, but at least there are good options among them for the average consumer like myself lol

Oolong tea is the best tea I've tasted, but I have never had any that was good that was bottled or canned. It's only ever been good freshly brewed, and the kind that tastes the best is pretty expensive compared to most other beverages.

He's living in Japan. The odds of a thief entering his house is lower than him getting struck by lightning. Even if u leave your wallet or phone in public areas in Japan for days, it is still unlikely to be taken.

@@susbedo9258 Statistically speaking, while the crime rate in Japan is lower than in America, the lowest is violent crime. Theft in Japan happens. Home invasions and muggings happen less than pickpocketing and such, but they all still happen. You're just not as likely to get murdered.

Since coming to Japan, I've stopped drinking Coca Cola etc, and I now only drink bottled tea.... And there's so many different types of bottled tea out there, that I am sure there are still many that I haven't even tried yet. That is just how many there are in Japan! xD

Jasmine Green Tea is my fav, though unsweetened. Some brands taste burnt. The amount of sweetened drinks in Japan made it difficult when I was there.

My two favorite brands of tea are Red Rose, and Ahmed brand of tea. The first mainly because of my dad, and the 2nd because it comes in loose leaf and bagged form. I do enjoy jasmine, barley, and green teas as well.. depending on the mood lol.
