I can easily go days without a cigarette but will NEVER go without caffeine again. At least one coffee a day... If that doesn’t say how addictive caffeine is, i don’t know what does. I also used to be a pretty big stoner, and easily quit that (I had to because my new job drug tests)

I think one week isn’t enough to feel the pro side of not drinking coffee. Because in that week you get the headache etc but don’t really get the profits from it so mybe if u try it a month the results will be different

When I went to college I started to drink coffee. Eventually, I realized that I only had the energy to study when I was drinking coffee, and so I ended up taking about 3 a day (sometimes 4). I felt so dependent on this extra that I had coffee before much of my daily activities ... so I just decided to stop, from one day to the next. In the first few days I felt completely without energy ... I always ended up giving up and deciding to go to sleep every time. Over time, it started to change, until I no longer felt the need to drink coffee, at any time. I have not had any coffee for over a year, and I do not miss it either :) I'm not saying I'll never drink coffee again (ofc I will ahah) ... If I ever feel like I need coffee to have more energy, I'll just take it! It just has not happened yet. We just have to find a balance :) I loved your video! Thanks for sharing! I've tried this before and I can confirm, it really is that bad. But it's magical how quickly your headache goes away and your mood lifts once you get that first sip back. Coffee is amazing.

I loved the video. This cinematic picture, the editing - just the whole style of how you do your thing is wonderful. And you certainly are an interesting personality as well. But this story shows just one thing - that you have real caffeine addiction formed because you have been drinking coffee on a regular basis for years. Not that you or anybody else genuinely NEED caffeine to be productive and to be who they are. The fact that a person actually can't go without something even for a week (except things that a human body really needs to function - food, sleep etc) is a sign that they are dependent, and there's nothing good about it. The nature of being dependent on caffeine is pretty much the same as that of being dependent on nicotine/alcohol/any other drug. And obviously it's hard to stop such dependence, but at the end of the day you're going to feel much more conscious and have much better control of yourself and your life if you do it.
