agree everything but the 'talk with girl' part, pulling back actually wouldn't work if the girl is right for you and actually care about you (i know its a joke but XD)

Hilarious! I laughed so much! I’m always surprised when people want a snack. I never think of a snack unless I eat some fruit. For the chicken I was wondering if you would be able to add other herbs rather than just salt. I would think you would be ok to add paprika, turmeric, some cilantro, and salt and pepper. This was the best video!!!! Loved the video!!!!

I feel for this guy a lot, I was in the exact same position, I was in the best shape of my life and then I was letting myself go, and then I got married and had my son 10 months ago, I was now in the worst shape of my life, but I had this awakening in me that realized I don't care about being strong for myself anymore, I care about being strong for my son and my wife, now Im going harder than I ever did before.....

Love your channel! Can i make a suggestion? ...if you are going to rate a new training style, you should go a few weeks without training, to detrain. Why do i say this ...... what if you are overtrained and you cut your workouts short? Likely gains would be made. But not because of why you think. Dante Trudel said it best, that twins should be used for experimentations.

I am very-very pro high-high volume. If you arent gaining muscle on high volume, you are either not focusing on the mind muscle connection each rep, not eating enough, or not recovering properly. I went from 114lbs to 230lbs in 9 years of high volume training. Most people probably wont see results on low volume due to intensity not being there, and mind muscle connection not being established. Short term you will always see immediate results changing up your training style to anything new, thats the muscle confusion principle. However long term, to protect your joints and minimize injury risk for long term gains light weight lots of reps is the key to success. I speak as someone who has already done it, not some fitness influencer still trying to figure it out. Me personally i wanna be able to move, stand, walk, jog when im 60-70 years old. However none of it matters if you dont develop your mind muscle connection first, otherwise you will never see any results either way. More reps at lighter weight allows you the opportunity to develop that connection easier. If you go heavy, just make sure your form is good. I am somebody that tried to change up my high volume training (6 hours-12 hours a day) to low volume training (1-2 hours) a few years back, and i tore a pec as a result. I will never be able to pursue my dream of being mr olympia now. Please just take what ive said with a grain of salt, and train smart. I dont want any of you to suffer what I have to. My dream died that i chased relentlessly, i dont want anyone else to lose theirs due to lack of information.
