I also have to commend her for talking while cooking under that kind of pressure, because that also requires focus. When I'm under pressure in the kitchen, the absolute last thing I'm doing is trying to be social. Lol

I was about to say, they went back yo Kelly cause she's so good at getting it all done in 20 minutes. I think what also threw Katie off in the last video was trying to explain everything as she was trying to do it, which can definitely be difficult cause the time is so condensed.

It’s a density thing, I think! The custard is thinner and lighter than the cake, so as the cake cooks and rises the custard drips down to the bottom and cooks.

Great attempt! This reminds me of every time my partner says, "Hey my friend is coming over in 30 minutes, can we make something for them to eat?"
