CHEESY FLATBREADS
•5 cups of flour
• 1 cup size - 200 ml.
• Make a well in the middle of the flour
• 1 cup of water
• 1 cup of milk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon of yeast
• mix with spatula
• 20 grams of butter (soft)
• start kneading the dough
• cover the dough
• let the dough rest for 10 minutes
• 10 minutes later
• put the dough on the mat

• shape into a large ball
• divide the dough into 12 equal parts

• CHEESE FILLING
• 300 grams of cottage cheese or white cheese
