The struggle against the flesh is normal and to be expected. You are a part of opposite kingdom than the kingdom of darkness. It produces the fruit of the Spirit in our character. Welcoming the Holy Spirit and asking to be filled with the Spirit EVERYDAY has help me with severe internal anger cause I know too many people out here are triggering.

I started my spiritual journey 5 years ago and over the years I have been trying to help heal my surroundings and I find myself recently just removing myself from certain people because of their mindset knowing they know better instead of going off and telling people about there self I just stop so I’m not quick to anger. It’s fine Shumake we all struggle like my pastor once preach that’s why we must stay in prayer because we struggle due to the fact we are in struggle with our flesh but because we are in the Holy Spirit we want to do the things that are pleasing to Jesus Christ so we try to exemplify the fruit of the spirit Galatians 5:22, which is self- control, love, kindness etc. We have to pray without ceasing 1 Thessalonians 5:17. You have to spend time in the living word of God every day in order to stay grounded in Jesus, otherwise , when we don’t we will definitely go astray from the path we are to stay on. I was just listening to a video by a man who normally does prepper type content, on why dating after 50 is difficult. He started off sensibly, but then he gets all red pill and starts complaining about body count and using terms like, "ran through". I hate that expression like nails on blackboard. A man that age concerned w/ a woman in his age range and what her past life would be. At that age, if she was ever permiscuous, those days are so long behind her. Clicked off that, and back to grace, common sense and Godliness. Red pill is a scourge on society now, and crops up in people you least expect.
