El Hippo - the most underrated of trails. Tend to spend most of the day at Dyfi between it and Racetrack (which has got to be the best trail in the UK).

When you ride stuff I’ve never ridden (almost everything!), it’s hard to appreciate your true pace. But I know these tracks and it’s mind completely boggling watching how fast you ride them. BK’s another standout as is BrenDog in their vids there.

I find it very interesting it must be different soil type because in my area where it rains you'll get hunted down if you ride in the rain or when the trails are wet. I find there are only a few days in the spring and fall that riding is even allowed.

All the fine grey rock chips you see on the trail were added by machine to keep the trails from degrading too much from riding in the mud. Theres a few areas in Wales where they’ve done this.
