Ingredients for Japanese Cake:
- 100 g butter;
- 200 g sugar;
- 300 g cream cheese;
- 150 ml cold milk;
- 6 egg yolks;
- 12 egg whites;
- 100 g wheat flour;
- 60 g cornstarch;
- 1 vial of vanilla essence;
- 50 ml water;
- 1 pinch of salt;
We put the cake in the oven at 160 degrees for the first 25 minutes, then we reduce the temperature to 135 degrees for another 55 minutes.
