Today we take a look at Ruggable, Electra Park, Electric Ave, Birmingham B6 7EB.
The high level of security on the unsigned building led me to find out more.
We speak to the Dog Handler Security Guard and then 2 staff from Ruggable.
We even get up close to the working dog!

I disqgree wid u becuase he is secruing the building and can bd seriously challenging when dealing with burgamars and hes in need of a lot of things to be a security guard and its not like they pay more than 20-30k fof a dog hanwler anyway but his sia was a shame do hd needs to put it on otherwise he was great, great audit dj young tennager into ur videos

What a great guy Imran was, if more of your audits positively engaged people like this then the world would be a happier place. Working as a security guard must be a pretty isolating and grim existence which is why they respond so well to positive intent. Always remember that your actions have an impact on human lives. Don't be drawn in by those other auditors around you, plow your own furrow, be the best auditor you can be. Different, but positive.

It takes 3 Hours to Edit, Save, Upload, and then wait for a decent quality to be ready to view. HD Processing finished but 4K is still processing. I have never rushed one like this before so its good for me to know. 💚

Yes, it was English, just. It's a special dialect called Brummie, only spoken by people from Birmingham. Most Brits can understand it, but it is quite painful to listen to for more than a few minutes.... Yes, I am a Brit, but no, I'm not from Birmingham, fortunately.....😄

As a long-time subscriber, I really enjoy watching your content. As a cities skyline (game) player, your drone and other footage helps inspire my city building. On this video I was very interested in seeing spaghetti Junction and I know you have left the area now but (if not in future video) it would have been nice if you where able to do a drone video of the Junction. And how all of the networks with the moterways/Junction, rail, landscape, lake and building zones all intermingle. I know its not normally your main focus but when there are big interesting sights like this, it may be some extra content. I would appreciate it. Keep up the good work.

That site used to be one of my companies site, sertec precision components. It had presses, weld ing booths and tube manufacturing for vehicles. The travellers came in and stripped out all the mains cables including the sub station, causing 100k worth of damage. We were in the process of moving out of the plant at the time, but used our forklift trucks and cherry picker to rip it all out.

Electra Park Industrial Estate is owned by Pall Mall Estates with numerous properties across UK. Former tenant was Sertec Precision Components and Pall Mall Estates notes the unit now fully let. Sertec signage on 2022 street view. Company name Wild Manufacturing Group 2004-2017 (1967) and acquired by Sertec. Likely moved to factory at Coleshill east across the M42 to new L 26 million facility constructed 2016 (and lots of roof solar!). Ruggable manufactures and sells machine washable rugs. Imran and the drone footage best part of the video. 👍

0:40 If you thought it was a police car, then the security company is breaking the law. They didn't make any attempt to not make their car to not look like a cop car. In fact they went overboard in making it look like a cop car. So they are breaking section 90 of the Police Act 1996.

It is very obvious this is a secuirty car as the battenberg livery is white and blue. The battenberg livery is not blue and yellow and even still anyone cause use blue and yellow battenberg livery as it is not proptected by uk law the only thing that is illegal is the word POLICE or anything simlar marked on the veichle or guard that would make people thing he is a copper. No laws have been broken on this veichle.

Lovely guard, props and respect to you. One has to say Travelers seem to be exactly the same no matter were you are, if it's the UK, Fance, Germany, Spain, Portugal and evrething in between. They act the same , they interact the same, and there relentless destruction and disrespect of property is unmatched all over. The forces of law and order seem to be overwhelmed by them and are unable to do anything about them unless extreme force is authorised and even then. Where is this going to go? Yes they leve us generally alone as long as we leve them alone but for how long? The need to find a solution hasn't been any more then at the moment, the kettle is boiling and just turning of the switch is not going to do anything.

I even have to have a sign on my front and back gardens saying I have a guard dog on premises or if someone did trespass on my land and they attacked (which they wouldn't unless I gave the command to) I could potentially be held liable for any of their damages.

one for you @DJ audits not all security guards have to have a security licence if you work as in-house security. The exception to this is door supervision. Door supervisors and vehicle immobilisers need an SIA licence whether they are in-house or contract.

8:00 the security guard knows you're a KZfaq with a fairly large amount of viewers , he tells you he cant say nothing yet tells you ...... 1- his name is Imram , 2- there are builders working there and loads of them, 3- Its an American company ,online sales, 4- used to have 3 security but now just him, 5- he doesn't wear a body cam, 6- theyve only just had cctv put up , 7- 24hr security ,1+dog day ,1+dog night, 8- 17:00 the dogs let out, 9- 3 ton maglock gate , 10- 36 CCTV cameras and more coming soon Any of that information can be used against security Security guards should keep their mouths shut and not tell anyone information like this . If he works for any half decent security company they will sack him straight away as he is a risk to their security! He maybe a nice guy but he is terrible as a security guard !

@michaelspence8209 every ex police car I've seen have all the police markings removed, this looks like a attempt to make people think it is police car even down to the lights on the roof, which nobody could tell from looking at it they are not police issue unless its in use.
