Just found your channel! Efteling is an addictive park, I know often compared to Disney, we enjoy it more, less busy, more natural, has a nicer feel and atmosphere. We're back there for our 4th visit in a few weeks :) Glad you saw the park by night, its so pretty!

Even in the rain Efteling is better than Disneyland in the sun.

Efteling is magic

We had an Efteling Annual pass and we live in the UK - this is mainly because of the free day entries you get to lots of other european parks. You can easily "get your money back" if you planned to visit these parks anyway....

I have been coming to the park every week and at this time since the beginning of last year. many things are under maintenance. like Droomvlucht. Villa Volta. and other things and they are also building a new hotel and attraction at the moment. so there are few attractions to do at the moment. but those you can do are enough to keep it out for an afternoon or morning. I definitely advise you to come back once the new hotel is there. and of course the new attraction too. what i noticed from your video. that you compare the Efteling very much with Disney. but the funny thing is that Disney in the last 30 years that they exist. things have how shall I put it nicely. copied. Efteling has existed for 70 years since 2022. and it is a very old park. so the Fairytale Forest is still made from 1952. and has hardly changed since then. outside of that you can of course also do the Baron 1898 or the Flying Dutchman. but in any case, the Efteling is in this period in winter anyway. more of a subscription season. there are always many things closed during this time anyway, but what I can give you as a tip, come and have a look in the park again. when everything is open again and there are more things to do. apart from all this you are a fantastic vlogger. you have good arguments and besides all that you also show a lot in your vlog and then also in good quality. keep going.

The bird at the entrance of the Vogelrock normally has a scarf on but this year for the first time not I think it's a pity because I really liked the scarf

Baron is a favorite and I’ve ridden a lot of coasters. The theming is so good. I love Fata Morgana as well, but you need to know the stories. Efteling is an amazing park-the fairy tale garden is just superb.

fantastic video just a pity that the dream flight (droomvlucht) the flying Dutchman (vliegende Hollander) and piranja where under maintenance but that is a good reason to come back this summer

Wow, Joris en de Draak was 2010, i remember going to the Efteling when it was only open for a little while rushing to the coaster to be the first ones there, we managed to get there so early that they let us just keep going they only stopped the coaster at the station when new people wanted on, we did a good 5 consecutive runs before we got off that day. Also villa volta is such a good mindbender i remember me going in as a wee lad and getting utterly confused on what was up or down, sadly video really doesn't do it justice its a ride you have to be in to get even half of the experience. as for the preshow i feel you, while as a Belgian i understand perfectly well hearing it again and again gets a tad annoying. For python everyone that remembers the coaster before they redid the track and the massive headaches it gave you, is so glad and happy with how smooth it is, previously you could probably scramble an egg with the lateral G-Forces alone. fun fact, that might not be true anymore but atleast at some point in time and maybe even now halve maen was or is the biggest swinging boat ride of its kind. A big part of the Efteling for everyone from Belgium and the Netherlands is nostalgia as you can find things from the old days mixed in with the new we used to go almost every year and its fun to see what has changed over the years and remembering back on some old rides, sadly with covid that has dropped of a bit, we are looking forward to our next visit soon. great to see that even with some language barriers so many people can still enjoy this wonderful theme park that has a big part in a lot of childhoods here.

Your dutch pronounciation is very good! I love efteling, and i'm really proud of our themepark. But i wish they managed to find a good way to do some stories in english. For example a set time in the day some attractions are in english. Or maybe hesdphones that are synchronised in english. Especially the villa volta part is very long when you don't understand it. The story is really cool, and a local legend

Nice clipp shame about the weather on youre first day. I would say come back again in 2024 when the park doesn't look like a constructing site. Don't know if you done the other parks around if you haven't come over for week or so in late spring or early summer. The better ussualy is a lot better and during the week outside of the holidays the park still is pretty quite during that time. Was planning to come over to the UK but i'll wait till Nemesis is rebuild.

Villa volta has explaining in englisch, german etc. It is about the bokkenrijders, Who where hunting for treasures. Then they went and robbed a church. That is the things you see in room 2. The White lady on the villa gave Hugo a spell. He shall never rest until some one with pure soul,mind and hart, like a baby enters. That is why house is haunted

We recently headed to Efteling, and we didn't have the greatest of days. Nothing was really wrong... it just wasn't 'great'...

I found it to be quite boring (actually me, my husband and our 7yo). She enjoyed Max&Moritz and the Enchanted Forest and I liked Baron, but overall… I really don’t see why people love this park so much.

Seems you didnt grow up with the old fairy tales and stories Fatamorgana was based on te 1001 arabian nights . the fairy tales and stories you encounter are not the sugger coated disney versions these are the original , Bothers Grim , Andersen , Mother goose , arabian nights etc etc stories , where there was not always a happy end or bloodfree ending .
