I visited the café with the highest TripAdvisor score in Liverpool that many people don't know about.
A Small Fish in a Big Pond is a café on Water Street that has gotten five star reviews across the board on Google Reviews and TripAdvisor. The ECHO previously reported that the venue won the Traveller's Choice Award in 2020, a quaint sign in the window also advertises that it is TripAdvisor's number one for coffee and tea in Liverpool.
That said, I had never heard of it, but looking to Google, I was quick to find rave reviews about the cute little place., which can be found right next to the Hooters.
