To finish the story, the MRI came back showing that there was no visible injury to any of the muscles. So we concluded that the knee pain I was having was due to a muscle imbalance that I fixed over time with physical therapy exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knee. These days, I'm feeling great! No more pain :)

Thanks for the video. It also makes me feel like i want to hug these medical staff in hospitals when i see them smiling and giving the same care that they used to give when their salaries were livable. They are getting 100$ a month but they have humanity and compassion above all and this is painful to see. Lebanon is being destroyed deliberately by bad politicians. I mean evil bad and not just ignorant or stupid, pure evil bastards!

Lebanon these days this crisis is an earthly hell! Make sure this doctor is like his colleagues He will leave at the earliest opportunity As did many doctors nurses and nurses In fact Lebanon is losing most of its competencies in all fields unfortunately sympathize with you about knee pain I've had terrible pain in my knee for years In the end it was found that the knee had a cruciate ligament tear I had surgery (thank God) and it was successful

The Dr. didn't lower his consultation fees. It's because of the change of the $ rate. So a 100$ used to make about 150k lebanese pounds. At a $ rate of 10k the 150k lebanese pounds = 15$ ! Same thing happened with ppl's salary that went from 1500$~2000$ per month to barely 150 to 200$ per month.

Yes $40 is crazy, but do you think a Lebanese worker can easily get a dollar? The 40 bucks you're saying about her, it's a month's worth of work, to get it now. Yes, it is easy for Americans, or those who are still receiving their salaries in dollars, but not regular jobs or the Lebanese people as a whole. This is other than that there is no abundance of jobs and everything is expensive. I hope you feel better in your knee.

You say its cheap compared to the US and i totally understand where your coming from but i would ask of you to take into consideration and let people know in your videos that 400,000 lebanese lira or pound is alot compared to the current lebanese salaries. A general im the army would probably get a salary of three million lebanese lira so an mri would take 400k out of his salary that would leave him with two Million six hundred not to mention rent and two electric bills as well as gas money and groceries. Those are the basics im not taking into account anything else. Now lets say this guy did his mri and now needs to pay for his treatment. Do you think he can afford it? So in terms of if the mri was cheap or not. I think its fair priced. But in terms of is it affordable? No i dont think it is at all. A mere 40$ and its expensive what has has happened to my country. Im so Mad and disappointed. Separate note; keep it up i love your videos and how you show lebanon. I watched a video of your hike in zahle im from baalbak a place near zahle and i didnt know such a place existed. Thank you for showing me i will vist soon. Much love❤️

This video was filmed in March of 2021. At that time, the exchange rate was 10,000 Lira / 1 USD
