The manager is not the problem. We've had good managers in place but the real problems lie deeper. From Sporting director to Technical director to the entire recruitment team. And all of this comes back to the ppl in charge - The Glazers, not putting the right ppl in place to run the club.

The thing is, no other person can take the job no matter how talented they are at rebuilding. It's being their skills, it's the owners. And players are getting lazier and overpaid. We've had brilliant managers that would keep us in UCL qualifying spots every single season but we couldn't do it.

Wouldn't have changed anything... Klopp had a slow start at Liverpool, and it took him time to bring in the players he wanted, and needed, for the system and style he wanted to play. Man United have proven again, and again, that they don't back the manager, with the signings they want.... they might get 1, maybe 2 players they want, but the others are 4th or 5th choice, or just random desperation signings, that either end up out on loan, or in the reserves for the entirety of their contracts. sadly, the structure at the club is rotten, and it will only change with new owners... Look at this summer... we are a joke as a club.

Ten Hag is in a situation where he has to clear debts of former coaches, still needs players, and the players need to adjust to his playing style, if he is given the time to do that, Man Utd can get very good again, just look at what Ten Hag did with Ajax in the champions league, beating real and juve where nobody gave them a chance before hand. But knowing Man Utd they will sack him after a few months because of results, Man Utd will be stuck in this trend untill they actually give a coach a chance to do his thing for a few seasons.

When it comes to manager you either have to give him loads of money to rebuild team according to his tactics and strategies (like how Pep transformed that City team) or need to give the manager some time and an environment for him to work (as in the case of Jurgen)..... None of that has happened in United..... Imagine if Jose was sacked i'mma sure even Jurgen would've been sacked😕😕
