As you may know, my homebrewing journey started in 2010 with country fruit wines, before becoming more focused on beers and meads. I’ve poured a lot of energy into highlighting my projects and recipes on KZfaq, which turned into writing down a lot of notes about what a beginner may want to see in an eBook on mead making. Those notes turned into paragraphs and then to pages. I called on my friends Charlie and Justice to help bring some character to my writings with photos and doodles to match the spirit of the project. Suddenly, we had a whole 120-page book on our hands.

the story continues....as my kindle is more than 6 days old i can't download the ebook so bought it from your website......downloaded it onto my laptop and uploaded it onto my kindle.....is this how captain kirk felt when he saw a female alien? have finished my oatmeal stout and swapped to a rum in celebration

I have a question, I purchased Campton tablets they were sodium metabisfulfite instead of potassium metabisfulfite. Is there a difference between the two.

It’s a bit of a blend, the same as on the channel. Unfortunately here in the US, imperial is how most ingredients are sold, and I try to craft recipes that work around grocery store quantities. So that leads to pounds, ounces, and gallons being used to accommodate for how things are sold here (and reducing waste). Some ingredients are measured in grams, though. Americans forget that there are 200+ countries in the world that don't use shoes and donuts for measurements. It's the only reason I don't buy his books or join paid memberships

I’ll consider it if there is a lot of interest! It’s a much heavier lift than creating an ebook, so I have to weigh the response. But I’d love to have a print version some day!
