So good! What a fantastic album, and I really like the new band. I also think TAAB2 is one of his best. It seems like he is on a new creative streak...

Absolutely inspiring...2:57 thru 3:06 final, undeniable proof that Ian , at 66 years of age has reached a new peak equal to anything he has ever produced. I'm counting days till Seattle and Oakland concerts in September.

Oakland sounded good from the near front and good on a video i saw but something was up...A guy in the balcony complained loud and clear about the audio...twice.

This album is good in record and live because the music really suitable for his voice. Those chords progression and arrangements is really good satisfying.

I'm glad Ian isn't sporting that bandana anymore. I wish somehow he could turn back his voice about 10-20 years, I almost feel sorrow hearing him strain to hit what he can. As a musician, he has almost no equal. The voice... :( I was just listening to the 5.1 remastered Passion Play and dang did he have an amazing singing voice.

I'm glad he's wearing his glasses. I'm actually glad he has finally dumped "Jethro Tull" and is more just being himself. A Master Songwriter, instrumentalist, all 'round smart guy. I'm loving his recent material. Now, all he has to do is not play Aqualung. ;-)

Locomotive Breath encore has been old for years. He kills it. But its tired.

From '72 to '76 Ian was by far the best vocalist in rock. His voice was still great from '77 to '80, but this is when the first subtle hints of vocal strain began to surface.

'enter the uninvited' sounds not only like what the roman legions did back then, but also what other legions are doing in.... 2015 all over Europe.

I love this .... the whole album is really great ... and the live performance seems so much better than I have seen in many years. But ... Ian better start losing some weight, he's really getting fat, that bad kind of abdominal fat that can kill you ... please Ian, we all want you to compose and tour for many, many more years. Great album, great video!

Don't want to be a fat man People would say that I was just good fun I would rather be a thin man I am so glad to go on being one, yeah Too much to carry around with you And no chance of finding a woman who Will love you in the morning and all the day time too I don't want to be a fat man I have not the patience to ignore all that I hate to admit to myself Half of my problems came from being fat Won't waste my time feeling sorry for him I've seen the other side to being thin Roll us both down a mountain and I'm sure the fat man win

Ponderous. Time to retire.

Ponderous...interesting. That same word was used frequently by critics 30 and 40 years ago to describe his work. Good thing he didn't retire.

The album was pretty good, with five or six great songs, especially Puer Ferox Adventus, The Engineer and Doggerland. I didn't think it was his best lyric-writing, though. A lot of the lyrics seem cluttered and out of sync with the music, and there are some awful rhymes.

He can still make great albums, but he should quit the endless touring. Way fewer concerts and way more instrumental music to spare the voice. Why does nobody else see that we need more albums and less gigs? I am saying this since the eighties. Once it will all be over, and the albums will be his legacy, not a plethora of ephemeral concerts showcasing vocal problems.
