Fender strings are made by D'Addario now that the Fender string plant in Mexico is closed as of 2016.

He was smart to leave the dust. That gold will wipe off eith a few wipes or so. Very thin plating.

personally i didn't know ibanez made hollow bodies till i watched this video. much like the gibsons though. this one is in nice condition and you did a great setup. neck may need a tweek. like dave says check the neck first on any setup. nice video though. that should bring some good money if they like bigsbys which i do not! thanks buddy

There's a company that makes a Cheater gadget that can attach to the roller bar of the Bigsby to make it much easier to restring. Also, the problem with free floating bridges, using the tremolo bar throws all the intonation off. I wish guitar makers would set them in place permanently!

I've noticed in most of your recent videos you are using fender strings instead of Earnie Ball strings. Any particular reason why?

There’s nothing wrong with a fender strings, they sound just as good as Ernie’s and daddarios. Fender puts them stock on their guitars and I’ve never seen anyone complain about the strings on their brand new fender…

@@alexcorona Fender strings are now made by D'Addario as of 2016. the colored ball ends are proof.

Yeah, Ebey is also full of fake Chinese strings. Never buy from some random on there for a few bucks less, use a Guitar shop you know.

My names Jamie, i JUST called the store to buy a guitar, got the legend DAVE on the phone, cool Guy, handed me to his son, seemed cool, they sold my guitar i wanted to buy, asked the son the talk to Dave again to say thanks again....son hung up on me lol, DAM GEN Z KIDS!!!
