In this video, Jono teaches you how to practice rotating your jumps off the ice! This exercise is very important and can help improve all of your figure skating jumps!
Salchow, toe, loop, flip, lutz, and axel can all benefit from this exercise. If mastering figure skating jumps is your goal, then there is no reason why you shouldn't be practising this off-ice exercise!
If you are unable to correctly hit this rotation position in the air, you will really struggle when trying to take your figure skating jumps from singles to doubles, or even triples!
