When the blue (Quincy) and red (Hollow) lights turned yellow (Ichigo), lining up with the line “the blade is me” was a really nice touch 😫

What Old man Zangetsu meant by “kill you with my own two hands” basically means that if he became a soul reaper he would eventually be killed by Juha Bach, thats why Zangetsu did not want him to become a soul reaper.

I found this theory from Twitter. Basically while Ichigo are training for his "fake Bankai",The old man zangetsu(ywach from 1000 years ago) have to create a fake one for ichigo. So he created a bankai from his imagination of Zanka no Tachi(East) from his memory of fighting Yamamoto as that is the only bankai that he fought head on. That's is why you can found similarity of Ichigo's fake bankai blade and Yamamoto's Zanka no Tachi East, the thin black sword.

Playing ichigos main theme for this final scene was so perfect not just because of nostalgia but because of what the song means and what it’s trying to say. He now knows his true self and is no longer in conflict with what he is “You know that this is where you got it, this must be your destiny” To “This is what you’ve waited for” Chills through my entire body

Rewatch episode 19 and listen to Zangetsu trying to reveal its name to Ichigo but it being partially blocked. He tries saying Juhabaha but you only hear "...ha." Absolutely incredible foreshadowing!

I love this episode so much because the seeds were planted soooo long ago every time White said, "I'm the REAL Zangetsu" to Ichigo. White always complained that Ichigo wasn't using him "correctly" or to the fullest.

They used the Number One remix at the perfect timing. They really did this first part justice, even adding a few details that the manga didn't have. I hope they continue to tweak the anime to improve it over the manga and keep up the quality.

Everytime I see the way Isshin describes his feeling towards Masaki, I'm crying again and again it's so wholesome and beautiful 🥺🥺 And old man Zangetsu, his love for Ichigo truly like a father to his son, just want to protect Ichigo with his own way but at the same time he is happy seeing Ichigo's growth day by day 🥺🥺👏 Everything but the rain is one of the best backstory in anime for me and this finale episode really epic! Studio Pierrot did a good job for this cour, Every aspects are incredible! ✨ Can't wait for cour 2 and the trailer so dopeee, I heard cour 2 has a better quality than cour 1, that's insaneee!! 🔥🔥🔥

The amount of foreshadowing and build up Kubo did for so many years just for this scene... I read the manga but this episode still left me in awe... "Zangetsu. You are... me...." never fails to give me goosebumps.

Regarding the quincy powers - its actually crazy how often Ichigo just uses them in the story without explanation or making a big deal out of it. For example he only won against Zaraki thanks to them.

There's an episode in season 1 when Ichigo 1st meets Zangetsu during his zanpakuto training with Urahara where Zangetsu tells Ichigo his real name but it was bleeped out and Ichigo couldn't hear it but you can tell it was 4 sylllables. At the end of the censoring you hear "haa" as in Juha Ba haa. In the manga, the name he said was crossed out in black, and there's a significant lore reason for the crossing out of his name but I can't tell you without spoiling something.

Karin & Yuzu definitely have some kind of powers bro. They could see hollows too. If you remember during the end of OG bleach literally the last few episodes they focused on Karin a little. I hope Kubo develop both of them. They'll be cool the whole family fighting together. Technically they should also have Quincy blood right?

only a bit maybe because ichigo was the first born, so he inherited all powers, his sisters may only get a mix of quincy and soul reaper but not the hollow

Well since the very start of the series they’ve all three been able to see ghosts, but they also just don’t really have a place in the story as fighters, they are pretty much the “human side of the kurosaki household”. The lost agent arc focusing on Karin was more about how Ichigo’s powerlessness was forcing that stuff upon Karin who really has no place in the world of soul reapers and hollows even though she has powers. Their existence in the backround is important and they are able to serve it without having to be a part of the action.

1) it COULD be inside his sisters. In the Fullbring Arc, Urahara was teaching Ichigo’s sister how to do basic soul reaper tasks. Like his backup plan. 2) There’s only one hollow. Could have mostly gone to Ichigo and left the Mom mostly hollowless. Not enough to keep passing on.

It's not really "impure". The manga translation was nore like "unnecessary" or "useless". Ywach doesn't care about pute bloodlines, he just wants the strongest on his side, which includes Uryu and Ichigo.

@@DJKuroh spoiler 1.About Ichigo I don't know exactly why but my theories is at that time Ichigo is not awakened the power yet so he is just a human not a Quincy or the soul reaper or maybe there a hollow inside so yhwach can't stole it. 2.About uryu, yhwach does auswahlen him too cuz he is impure but it seem that he is too strong or something idk it not really explained. that why he doesn't die or lose power and he is the only and last impure Quincy that survive auswahlen. I read bleach long ago maybe some of the info is wrong 😅

1. Uryu wasn't impure and he sent Haschwalt to recruit him into his army, so this is a big indicator that he regarded him highly especially considering his family line is known to be the masters at using the bow. 2. Ichigo is a special case of a hybrid being, and he hadn't awakened his Quincy powers until this point in the story, he's "impure" from the get go you could say but Yhwach can see the potential he has since he is part of the Big Threats candidates.
