1 - Glass protector for your welder's mask.
If the protective glass on your welder's mask is getting full of spots from the welded metals, you can protect it by placing a piece of clear glass in front of it. And you'll never have to buy another protective glass again.
2 - TV wall mount from metal sheet and pipes.
Take two pieces of thick metal sheet, 2 or 3 mm thick, measure the distances of the screws behind the tv, and transfer them onto one of these pieces.
That piece will be the TV mount. Take a piece of pipe and weld it on the center of that first metal piece.
Now take the other piece of metal and make 4 or more holes around the edge of it, about 15 to 20 mm inside from the edge. This will be the wall mount.
Now weld a second piece of pipe on the second metal piece, to form the wall mount.
Make the appropriate holes on the wall and secure the wall mount, and then insert the pipe of the TV mount inside the pipe of the wall mount.
Secure the pipes from rotating by tightening the side screw, and your TV wall mount is ready.
NOTE 1: The screws of the wall mount located above the center will be taking up the whole weight of the TV, so they need to be sturdy, and if you can make 3 or 4 holes above the center, it will be even more secure.
NOTE 2: The two pieces of pipe must not be of the same diameter. One has to fit inside the other.
3 - Taking care of loose cables.Cable management becomes a piece of cake with those neat cable channels. Just drill a couple of holes on the channel to secure it on the wall, put your cables inside, and clip the cap on.
Nice and beautiful.
4 - Tent winder/unwinder
Tired of turning the handle for hours to wind and unwind your tent? Just take an 8mm rod, form a hook on top to fit inside the loop of the worm gear mechanism, and fix the rod on your rechargeable drill. Or corded drill for that matter!
Problem solved AND .........it's freakin' electric.
