I'm so glad you made this video, Gayle. I have a basket full of great pieces that I've gotten in exchanges and they really need to go into a journal. I wasn't sure how that should happen and now I do. I need to get busy and just make some cute journals and fill em up! You've got tons of awesome ideas. I'll be back to see more of your videos!❤

Love all you share and so does my cat, Buster. I often turn your videos on my big screen tv and Buster sits on the coffee table and watches too. Sometimes he sleeps in our big chair, but if i turn you on he will get up and jump on the coffee table and watch. One time he came running from the dining room where he was sitting on the console looking out the window at birds, but as soon as he heard you speak, he ran to the tv. You have two fans here in Texas! Ps..he always "helps" me do my craft projects just like Wendy's Leo helps her. Yes, cats like crafting.

Wow, so many beautiful things and great ideas. I just received a box of greeting cards that my niece had been collecting from various family members, some of them no longer with us. I wanted a way to keep and treasure these so I went looking and found you. Thank goodness! I just made my first journal out of an Alice in wonderland book. It was a lot of fun. I intend to make a lot more. Thank you. Your are a great source of knowledge and a pleasure to spend time with🧚🏽🐝🐣🐿🦦🌼🌷

Somebody gave me a large Rubbermaid tote full of vintage greeting cards, and after I fussy cut images from some of them, I put the tote away not knowing what I was going to do with the rest. Now I know! I think Susie at Creative Cafe Girl makes greeting card journals, too and I had forgotten all about that. I love that all I have to do to get re-inspired to use stuff I already have is to turn on KZfaq! GREAT ideas, tfs!!!!

What amazing ideas, Gayle! I see something I'd like to try but have forgotten it by the time I see the next one. 😄 And today, I made my very first batches of coffee and tea dyed papers. Wow, what fun! After testing drying with a hair dryer, which worked rather quickly, I gave the oven a try knowing I would end up doing a lot of paper. So, after testing temps and timing, I found my stride and got it all done. Each time I pulled out the crisp warm paper, I let out a Gayle giggle of delight as I scrunched the paper in my hands, chuffed with my handy work. You're right about that gorgeous crunch, Gayle! 😍 The new paper is so boring and bland in comparison. Hope you're well, kiddo! 👍

My next project needs to be an idea journal! I want to make a "crafty angels" journal with happy mail that others have sent me. So much on my list of projects to do! I'd like to see that little tag pocket (at 7:10) a little closer. I don't have a punch but perhaps I could make a template? I think we all enjoy "Patricia Pockets and Patty Tucks"! There are so many talented artists that share their ideas so freely and continue to inspire us daily! Thank you for being one of those! I may not comment often, but I always watch and most of the time take notes! LOL Hugs!!

I read alll the Bobby’s Twins books, round about 1960, over and over. They had belonged to my Aunt. I wonder where they are now.

ideas multiply like bunnies don't they!! it's amazing-mind boggling! you might need an idea suitcase! lol i can picture an idea journal in a format similar to the Better Homes & Garden ring bound cookbooks, it might provide more room for "expansion" haha. i think the one little pocket/envelope you couldn't recall where it came from might have been Sandy from Septeria18 YT channel. thanks for sharing gayle =)

After my surgeries, you inspired me to begin an idea journal. It's been 6 weeks and it is chock full of samples, ideas, where I got them, how to add my own spin to things... Notice an item idea in your ideas book that I made for you it was the folded flash card I noticed you didn’t take the stickers out of the middle section Just wanted you to know so you might want to use them. Loving this idea of an ideas book it sure would make my crafting world easier a must do for me. Hugs
