I can't believe how fast the vegetation grows there. Out here in my area of CA, we are quite dry. Not much grows here unless it is watered. Great work cleaning up the lot!

I agree with you 100%. Safety is paramount with that brush head. That thing can throw stuff a LONG distance, and the last thing you need 8snto hurt someone, or cause property damage. The lot came out looking terrific. I'm happy you've got your Deere back (I'm sure you are too). I really enjoy your videos.

You again answered my question of why you back up versus turning around. And also as to why sometimes you lower mulcher while backing up and sometimes you don't. Guess has to do with how dense the vegetation is and size of saplings . Thank you . Learning a lot!

Good video brother. Glad you got the Deere back, now it’s time to put it to work to pay for the repair. Safety of everyone is the utmost priority. Hell I’ve launched a baseball size rock at least 100 feet and i heard it when it landed. I thought to myself thank good that wasn’t next to the road and no car was there, cause they would have been hurt really bad.

Nice work and good safe work.the backing up is a must .you would ha e law suits up the Ying yang throwing chunk's of wood into cars passing by and who knows what else so better to be cautious and safe then to try to do it faster and more dangerously. Good job that looks so much better 👏

Louisville was awesome! The expo was insane, so much cool stuff to see and Louisville is a really cool town. Really enjoyed it there in Louisville, was almost sad to leave. Mysti was like "can we move here?" LOL! Yes the final drives have a 1 year, unlimited hour warranty so I was really happy to hear that when they started fixing it! Thanks Jeff!

My theory would be to cut the interior first, leaving bushes around the perimeter to catch any thrown chips. Then do the perimeter line last, making it much easier to see.

The new final drives are expensive but look on the bright side if something happens to the drives while under warranty you get one or the other or heaven for bid both you get them fixed or replaced for free

It looks like you need to raise the blade on the mower. All your doing is leaving the ground bare. A good steady rain will wash all the dirt away

Yes James! Yeah alot of it from last year is still there, mostly due to the fact there was so much material that I mulched the first time I mulched this lot and that fact that alot of it was fairly large material. Thanks for watching!

If you overlap your mulcher passes a bit more maybe the mulcher would not miss things and maybe you wouldn't have to go back and remulch.

It would have worked fine, but the disc mulchers are even worse for throwing stuff than the rotary cutters like this so you would have to be even more careful!

How come you don’t cut diagonal? That you could cut up and back without hitting anything, the way you were cutting you had that big house looking right at you, those rocks might put one right threw the window.

I don't like going diagional, it gets kinda difficult in these lots due to the way they are shaped and the trees. That's a vacant office building and the hedges help with keeping stuff out of the parking lot. It is a risk but fairly small.
