@@redwolfexr How would they have gotten a pay out, they were pulling out of a parking lot while the car that would have hit them was fully established in the lane they were traviling. Easy 100% fault collision for the driver leaving the parking lot. They're either a dumb driver or a really dumb scammer lol

@@markwalker3552 You do realize that they probably have their OWN insurance as well? Maybe they had a hit and run and don't care whose insurance pays? Hell, they could have had an accident with liability, then added full coverage and went out to have another one to fix their car. I had a motorcycle that had been damaged under liability and then let someone else borrow it with intent to buy later. THEY had an accident and insisted the person that hit them repair it to "like-new" and then tried to buy it from me. In their opinion they "earned" a super cheap (now repaired) bike at salvage price for being hit. He tried to do it on the "down low" but the dealership called me to get a release for the check. In my opinion I would have made full value for it being totaled. (I was selling it anyway) I would have likely paid the guy the difference in asking price and what they paid though -- if he had been straight about it. As it went I kept the bike a few more years and he got nothing. He did try to steal it and ruined the ignition.

@@redwolfexr A person can make a claim on their own insurance for a hit and run, and it'll probably cost as much as a 100% at fault claim one you pay the deductable. The difference is the at fault claim would cause a higher increase to you premium for the next 7 years while a hit and run (if handled correctly by the victim) should have little to no effect on your premium payments.

in all fairness, there is no way i would risk my life for the car. in hindsight it might have looked like it was obvious it was gonna stop, however, in the dark, stressed out your mind, car feels stuck in the tracks, and a aproaching train blinding you with its headlight. i would had dipped the second i felt i was almost in danger

@@TheBurnknight You are urged to leave your car when it's stuck and the train is already approaching. Don't forget, you never know how fast the train is and how long it needs to stop. This guy had the luck that this train was quite slow when it came around the corner (it seems as if the camera was supervised, so that the Train driver could be warned by his supervisor or those who operate the rail crossing soon enough so that the train was able to break). For both this is the best solution: He can now get his car safely out of the tracks and the train operator don't has to deal with a broken train or worse, a dead person in a car. So, if you are stucked like this and the train comes, get out of the car. Your car is not worth your life or the sanity of the train driver.

Guardian angels sent in the second car at 2:22 to save that couple crossing the street with the stroller. If that second car hadn’t gotten there just at the right time that person running the red light would have killed all three of them.

Loved the camper going down the road with nothing towing it. Have been driving with a dash cam for several years now & have captured some amazing things. Had a cop stop me and accuse me of speeding. Told him mine records my speed and I would be happy to bring it to court. He apologized after showing him my speed on it (I wasn't speeding) and wished me a good day. A picture is worth a thousand words, a video a million. FLY NAVY!!!

1:10 This same exact thing happened to me. A car was randomly stopped, one car stopped behind them, I stopped to avoid hitting those 2 cars, and a 4th car slammed into me, totaling my car and pushing me into the car ahead of me. It was just on a main street and not a highway.

3:09, I live near there, have driven that stretch of highway. Gps is very sketchy there, lots of highways intersecting and it doesn't tell you to take the ramp until after you're on top of it. Know your routes before you leave home. It can save your life.
