I thought for sure that that kid was going to get hit by the car. And I'm pretty sure the kid was at fault for the crash. You can't see the traffic light, but I'm fairly certain the driver had the green light because the other two cars at the intersection behind the kid on the scooter were stopped and waiting for their light to turn green. Stupid kid!

Yes, the lines on the road do not provide any information about which direction of travel the middle lane is intended for. Information about this must have been provided at the beginning of the respective path. I assume the video clip is from Brazil because it says "Porto Alegre" on the side of the bus that passes after the collision.

Looks like a lane that changes direction based on the time of day but I saw no indication of what direction it was supposed to be at that time. Every other time I've seen that there are overhead lights clearly indicating which direction it is. Hard to say who's at fault.

If the car is following the law worst case scenario they come to a stop and honk their horn in frustration at the person walking during their green. Instead the idiot driver barely avoids landing themselves years in prison for involuntary manslaughter as well as totalling 2 cars. Let's think about it for a second... is taking the residential cut through at 50mph really worth it?

Double broken yellow lines normally mean that it's a reversible lane - it flows one way during morning rush hour and the other way during evening rush hour, for example. I don't see any signs to say who's right or wrong, but based on the reaction from the driver of the red car in the right lane, I'd guess that cammer was in the right here.

Last summer, a drunk diver pulled out in front of me. I was going 40 and didn't have enough time to stop, so I t-boned him. Like, his whole back end was smashed in. Meanwhile, my truck only had some dents on the fender and bumper, along with the light being broken. Anyway, he sped off back the way he came and was caught after the nice couple that helped me out tracked him down for police. He was drunk driving, with expired tags and no insurance.

If you move out of your lane to avoid an accident and hit someone else, you'll be at fault, if it isn't at the speed/weight threshold to be likely life or death on avoid an accident, dont swerve if you dont know a car is there. To say they didn't move is silly

Had a couple recently that has been making me think about a camera. Like the idiots up ahead in a construction zone. I left a lot of room in front of me as it seemed everything was going to slow down. And then suddenly up in front I see cars lights coming on hard, one car swerves off the road. I slowed down at an accelerated rate no need for hard braking and was OK. But those morons up front were rushing in a zone with traffic slow warning signs and almost had a major accident. Many are just too stupid to allow to drive.
