You should read "Basic Laws of Human Stupidity" by Carlo Cipolla. According to his Fifth Basic Law, you might be the "most dangerous type of person." Google it and give it a read, it's perspective-shaking stuff. I think the same laws Carlo described are applicable to both bad drivers and bigots. Both follow the same laws of human stupidity: 1. Always and inevitably everyone underestimates the number of stupid individuals in circulation. 2. The probability that a certain person will be stupid is independent of any other characteristic of that person. 3. A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or to a group of persons while himself deriving no gain and even possibly incurring losses. 4. Non-stupid people always underestimate the damaging power of stupid individuals. In particular non-stupid people constantly forget that at all times and places and under any circumstances to deal and/or associate with stupid people always turns out to be a costly mistake. 5. A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person. I sincerely hope your choice of username is merely ironic somehow rather than that the American education system truly failed you so severely. If you were indeed born in '95, you're pretty much smack in the middle the first generation stupefied by the "No Child Left Behind" policy of Bush Jr's legacy. I don't know, so I'm not assuming, but it certainly _looks_ that way. Feel free to correct me if that's not the message you're trying to convey. Stanford puts all their undergrad coursework online for free, so maybe if you are ignorant of biology then you should look into learning a bit about it. There are distinct observable genetic and neurological differences between heterosexual and non-heterosexual individuals. It happens in pretty much every sexually dimorphic species we've looked for it in. It's literally _natural_ and _normal_ and there are even good evolutionary advantages to some number of individuals in a population not being heterosexual. If you're using your ignorance to prop up harmful rhetoric that results in actual harm to actual people, that's something that can be fixed. Knowledge is power, right? Beliefs inform actions, and actions have consequences for everybody. So please be responsible, because what you think can actually reduce or increase human suffering outside of yourself. I came to the comments looking for the comment about the last guy who backed up on the freeway and changed his mind. Didn't think this would be my contribution lol. But fwiw to the actual topic, that last guy needs to be banned from driving for life. That driving stunt, just like bigotry, is completely inexcusable selfish and stupid behavior that puts others at risk.

One of the reasons to tow a Jeep is so you can put the T-case in neutral. Transmission alone in neutral isn't safe to flat-tow, even a manual.

The cam vehicle didn’t react until 4 full seconds after the white truck break lights turned on. Could’ve easily avoided a collision if they reacted accordingly.

@@Skeith1Phase Their reaction time was slow, but in the end we have no idea if the people behind them were paying attention and reacting and time either. An accident would've happened one way or another.

The white truck appears to have stopped for traffic. You can see a red truck make what appears to be an illegal left turn up ahead.

@@theblanklogo I just noticed the red truck was indeed making a potentially illegal left turn. At this point, it would be mostly the person who ran into the cam car's fault as there was quite a bit of time in between when the cam car stopped to when they were rear-ended by them, implying that they may not have been paying attention, initially (although the cam car was also a bit slow to stop as well so they're not entire golden here either). Even if the entire accident occurred because of an illegal U-turn, you must be able to react to such actions and make the appropriate adjustments, to which I think the white pick-up was trying to do by going around the slight pile-up caused by the red pick-up.

hopefully no fatalities or serious injuries in the rear-end collisions in this, some looked really bad...

A coworker of mine got a phone call from his wife. She had missed her highway exit so she went onto the shoulder and reversed. She scraped the car along the guardrail pretty badly. After he hung up he just shook his head. He was speechless.

The van driver should have watched better before turning, but the white car driver ran a red light.

I am pretty sure that the van didn't tip because the service was so poor. I am the same way when I dine out.

The camera car was in one of the _two_ turning lanes. You can see by the dashed line between the lanes as they turn 0:50 that both of them allow turning. The one the other car is in _has_ to turn. The one the camera car is in can also be used to go straight.

In my state (NC) left turns DO have a green turn light if you wait instead of trying to turn through the courtesy blinking yellow yield light. Of course, it’s understood that you’re not an idiot driver and you aren’t trying to turn when you aren’t 100% positive that there’s no oncoming traffic. Of course, they do call this idiots in cars 😅

Drive by shooting in Canada, maybe hooligans/gang-related because they shot from the rear seat because that window was down, meaning at least 3 people in the car, or a front passenger shot through the rear winow which is unlikely. It may have been induced by road rage, something the truck did who knows.

He got shot at three times by the back seat passenger in the black car, not the first time that’s happened though on a highway, there was one a while back that may have been in the US or somewhere similar where two guys got shot at by a guy in a white truck over road rage

@@Re69. Any links? Just watch European dashcam videos. Or dashcam videos in general, or the million channels that have European drivers floating in a washed out road. The main reason you see mostly US dashcam videos, which skews the perception, is simply the fact that we have a population that is half of ALL of Europe, and drivers that drive significantly more than the average European. That skews the perception that Americans are somehow all horrible drivers. No, we just have 350 million people who commonly have dashcams and cellphones who drive 2x more than a typical European. Edit: Yeah I consider the UK as part of Europe since it’s part of Europe.
