The velocity on that shot profile probably looks like shit those casting would fail an xray they should add a spray robot and speed up the extractor robot

2:25 injection plunger moving not ok(velocity not gradually increasing)..may be tip stuck-up, or poor lubrication in tip

standing inside of the safety doors is one of the craziest things ive seen in a die casting machine. They should pay me $100000 to do this with this machine

Used this or a very similar one when I was 18 first job in a factory, did not like going between the die faces when there was a problem 😂

Your ladle translation was far to quick in comparison to the operation speed the castor shouldn't have been stood inside the guard door during die closing and she is wrong with the second stage locking vavle for the moving platern took like 10 minutes to complete full locking

Operator is helping/spraying the shot piston to go back. Timing is everyting in this operation.

well if the piston is to hot and not using release powder then it will get stuck, and if the piston overheat 90% of time is a cooling problem, never the less you should never stand inside of the safety door

would not recommend standing by mould clamp imagine if the ejector pin breaks or you get caught between the die half's so dangerous

dont slip cause that die isnt gonna care when half your body gets slammed shut smh just watched a video of a guy getting caught in one and it tried to lock up with him in it oh the guy died too

Oh baby, I ran a 600 ton in the 80's ,Emerson Electric in Rogers AR. Automated bucket, control panel. Conveyor/water tank below machine, with big hydraulic press to trim fresh gates off nice fresh cast parts. Aluminum VAT that held 40 to 60 gallons of 1400* degree molten metal. This thing burnt hundreds of times a day. Still a thrill knowing I could keep this thing running for 12 more hours when they tell you it's junk at the start of the shift. Fell asleep in the conveyor belly one time with a pair of pliers in hand. Another time it started a cycle while I was leaning in. Still a thrill after all these years, WOOOHOOO!

this machine maker don't have sense will making this machine ... how can an operator move inside a machine during opening and closing of dies... before safety door are open a operator is seen inside.....

it looks that this foundry has no skills and knowledge about die castings: 1. as you explained situation with doors, 2. casting is still in mold and operator is doing lubrication of mold..wtf? 3. casting is ejected from the mold by robot and there is no move with casting on control sensors if casting is complete... whole proces in this foundry makes no sense... I expect that this foundry isnt europe...

@@stepankrnavek8645 in my work experience with these fully automatic bigger casting machines, sometimes the operator need to catch up adding spray lubricant every once in a while especially if the Mold is a little bit old. If you don't add up lubricant manually, aluminum will get stuck up in the mold the Job will be much harder to take aluminum out, damaged mold/pins with lesser production.
