The design is interesting. Maybe I'm wrong, but it appears as though the group lever, when engaged blocks the shot timer in the PID. And it also looks like the water spout is in front of the gauges, blocking a clear view of that information.

San Remo does make nice gear would love to own one, perhaps one day if my Izzo HX dies on me. Ive had this unit for three years now and its in perfect working condition. It was a bit cheaper than brands such as Rocket and others, thus not as recognizable when people ask me the name of the brand.

Can it do pre infusion ?

How long of a cooling flush does it require after sitting idle to get back to temperature?

Im looking at buying a coffee machine as I live in Australia either a Manual or Auto one.Been looking for a long time and look at all the videos reviews and so many have there faults and problems whether it be not able to get parts or serviced or machines you buy from another country which are not in Australia and to get parts, service etc is hard indeed. I love a good Soy Flat White Coffee Hot Hot etc would love a machine that can do it all but also easy to use.Hope you can help love your channel Sanremo compared to the Bezzera please advise need help.
