In terms of the emission per person, Saudia Arabia is noted to be the highest at 16 metric tonnes while Canada, United States and Australia is observed to be at the same level of about 15 metric tonnes per person. South Korea which was not featured as a global polluter is seen to be second to the last in terms of per person emission, followed by Russia.

In terms of the emissions per person, it can be observed while inhabitants of Saudi Arabia emitted 16 metric cubes, people in three developed countries, such USA,Australia and Canada released exactly 15 metric cubes of carbon dioxide simultaneously. At the same time, figures for South Korea and Russia were equal to 12 and 10 metric cubes respectively. To sum up, it is obvious that even though China was the top country that produced tremendous amount of pollution at all, it was not wounded up in the list of average producers of waste by person, and vice versa for Saudi Arabia.

I think there is a difference between metric cubes and metric tonnes isn't it? As per metric tonnes describes the mass while metric cube measures the volume. Wherein 1 metric ton is equivalent to 1000kg.

Also you have written perfectly well till the conclusion... There is absolutely no need to mention about China again that even though it was a global emitter on a whole but not mentioned in per person emission or individual emission because that is what we have already mentioned in the overview. So this doesn't need a conclusion as such.

In terms of emission per person, the graph exhibits that Saudi Arabia ranked first with a total of 16 metric tonnes of carbon dioxide by-product in 2015. It is then succeeded by three large countries namely United States, Australia and Canada, each of which produced 15 metric tonnes. The country with the least carbon dioxide contributor per individual in the same year is Russia with a total emission of 10 metric tonnes. It can be noted that despite the fact that Saudi Arabians are the top producers of carbon dioxide on an individual basis, their total carbon dioxide emission is not large enough to affect the global scale. Hence, it can be deduced that individual carbon dioxide emission is not directly proportional to the global CO2 contributions per country.
