Plot twist they have a sister in Egypt who has a stand that can warp reality within a 5 meter radius. And she joins Girono's mafia without him knowing about their sibling ties until after she makes it to even above Capo as a greatly unneeded prove myself to this awesome brother and boss and Giorno tells her that she didn't need to do that and that she is crazy powerful already then they proceed to go to America and help defeat Pucchi possibly kill their dad again too
