I love Dr. Frank Turik's answer for this... he says if a man loves a woman and she doesn't love him back is it loving to force himself on her anyways? NO. If he truly loves her he will leave her alone as she wishes. If we use free will to turn away from God he loves us enough to let us, but he is right there ready to embrace us if we turn to him. Love cannot be forced, it has to be freely given. Hell is the absence of God, Hell is chosen by those who deny God. God doesn't force himself on anyone.

Money, buying things, college, plans, dating, drugs, drinking, everything imaginable I’ve tried. But nothing ever provided a feeling of being “whole” and content that lasted. Nothing truly made sense, always needed more of the things that brought momentary gratification. God brings lasting gratification, and the Holy Spirit does any major sinful changes- you choose god and he chooses you forever. He gives you all that you need, and you live forever in love, truth, the good. They persecuted Jesus, they killed the only perfect being that ever walked this earth, the only holy being, in a biological vessel filled with the spirit of god. Gods spirit put into the body of a human, and he stayed on that cross for love, he had enough power to come down if he wanted that, he loved his creation (humans) MORE. Amen!!

God doesn't send people to Hell -- He just honors their choices. What I don't understand is how so many people wander through their lives (most are miserable beings) exclaiming loudly there is no God, denying his existence over and over, year after year... sometimes for their entire life. Perhaps the scariest words in the Bible are: "Depart from me for I never knew you." If this is you, why would He allow you in after you spent your life in denial of Him, turning your back on Him without "any" regard for the consequences. There are "consequences" for every decision we make in life... this one is eternal. Make it a good one!

I wouldn't be a loving parent is I didn't tell my child right from wrong and just let them get hurt by the consequences of them continually doing wrong. The child CHOOSES to act up. If I'm quiet then what good is my parenting if the result of my quietness perse is that child now adult getting locked up or dead somewhere. I agree with almost everything except that Jesus paid for our sins. He ransomed us from the devil and God forgives our sins. If they were paid for then we could just keep on sinning. Or else God unjust and punishes two people for the same sins. He was a blood sacrifice and the devil messed up by killing an innocent whom he had no authority over through sin. Our God forgives. He doesn’t punish innocents for sinners. He sacrifices himself to free the captives. We still have to leave the prison and stop sinning.
