Morro had surprisingly low allegations. Like, besides the conquering aspect, he was pretty gentle for a villain. Just shows how effective he is!

The Overlord chopped off Borg's right hand during the surgery. So mutilation should also be included in his charges. He also attempted to kill Garmadon by ordering Wu to push him off the helicopter. Also, it was all but stated that Iron Baron killed some of his fellow Dragon Hunters and pretended the Oni killed them.

Nah, that would simply be brainwashing via the great devourer which he 100% controls. The degree of control over Garmadon he has is unknown (although I assume not very much), so you can't charge him for something Garmadon did in (while corrupted by the Overlord, but nontheless) free will.

Well no. You could charge him for making the great devourer and it biting garmadon because that would gross negligence/brainwashing but everything garmadon does after would probably fall into the gross negligence/brainwashing charge since he didn’t have any control over Garmadon, really he just made him evil. You could really charge him with being an accessory to Garmadon’s crimes after he lands on the dark island though as he planned majority of plan and the stone army was his army.

yeah, but then he would be charged for every villain/evil thing, and we don't know what he maybe did(because he is all evil things/ that happened) before he showed up, in the show.

Excluding all the life and death sentences, I think it's funny Acronix got a longer sentence than Krux -- coming despite the clear age gap. Also, let it sink in that most of the Overlord's crimes landed him a life sentence or death sentence.

The Overlord should have gotten a charge of brainwashing for directly contributing to the corruption of Garmadon via the great devourer. Also you could probably charge him for corrupting like half of the realm's landmass but Idk what the charge for that would be.

Pretty sure a lie sentence is 20 or 30 years. Can't remember, but it's not imprisonment for life, but imprisonment for taking or ruining someone's life. Something like that.

@@bethanybrookes8479 I'm pretty sure life sentences are 25 years, so the Overlord would have to spend 741.5 years in prison, have a physical form destroyed 5 times, and pay a $1,084,000 fine.

In Ninjago, dragons are considered intelligent beings, making what the iron baron did cannibalism. There was other food available, as we hear them talking about roasted lizard, we see plants, and the dragons are eating somehow, so dragons are not the only food supply. Therefore, Iron Baron can be charged with multiple counts of cannibalism/murder, and the animal cruelty charges can be changed to slavery charges. Great job with the video!

Garmadon technically does too. Same for the Overlord but times like 400 (every infected Ninjago City citizen during S2 and S15, and Zane, Cole, and Jay).

That should add to a charge of Mass Murder because Chen fed multiple people to his snake and also just tap on Attempted First Degree 2x because he attended to feed Garmadon and Nya as well. Chen should also get a terrorism charge, maybe conspiracy to terrorize? His whole attention was to terrorize Ninjago with his snake army🧐

Not exactly. He helped them because he knew what he did was wrong and wanted to make up for it, not continue down the dark path he used to be on.

He might get a lighter sentence for it, but not a complete pardon. Maybe just turning the death sentence into life. And opportunity for parole. I think he'd probably the only one on this list who would be able to get released early for good behaviour...

14:00, yea you can’t catch him for his false identity but you could catch him for evading arrest. He only assumed that identity because he didn’t want to be caught for his crimes and while he was evading it he was creating an army and planning another crime, so I’d charge him for conspiracy to commit a crime as well because he said he was planning his massive assault for decades, that’s very premeditated.

About the iron baron, one shouldn't forget that he's a ruler of a post-apocalyptic civilisation in a separate dimension he *never* interracts with, where there is no police organization and presumaby no laws work. Doesn't affect a video of criminally charging literal immortal godlike entities in a completely fictional scenario, just thought I'd point that out.

On the Overlord charges for Zane, that falls under Felony Murder, since Zane dies in the process of the Overlord commiting a crime.

Let’s also consider that the only reason Garmadon did what he did was because of the Overlord, which in turn influenced Harumi due to the GD killing her parents and many others, which the Overlord created. I was surprised that there was a lot missed when it came to the Overlord, because he should definitely be charged for a lot more.

By the same logic of Fenwic giving him the Sword of Sanctuary, Morro shouldn't be charged with stealing Wu's staff since Wu threw it overboard.

Wu threw it overboard to get him to leave and to save Kai. That's still a charge of theft and attempted murder. Fenwick told him exactly where the Sword of Sanctuary was and didn't try to get him to leave.

The Overlord brainwashed Cyrus Borg Sensei Wu and Ninjago with dark matter and zombified🧟♂️🧟♀️ ninjago citizens with vengestone warriors and with the dark matter he did brainwash Nya then Jay Cole and Zane I know Garmadon technically brainwashed Nya but the Overlord still would've ordered it as well some can argue that Jay Cole and Zane being hit with dark matter was an accident but they still got hit with the dark matter

Ik you worked you butt off for this video but I personally think the Overlord should of gotten more and especially war crimes for what he did to the fsm. But then again he wasn’t there that much. And iron baron, yeah that’s weird. He’s definitely the most cruellest but because it was Season 9 he didn’t have much time to shine.
